The media could not be loaded. This is the perfect fit for a living room or bedroom that needs some coziness! It is very sleek looking with different settings using a remote control. It is an incredible price and it is very functional in a living room! We built a tv wall and wanted to have the fireplace for looks and there is not a day without it being on.

I spend a long time looking at a variety of electric fireplace units before going with this one. It checked every box when I bought it and has not disappointed. Easy to install (wall mount). Can be done solo but two person is best as it isn't light. The fire image and lighting is great with all the different options. We like the basic setting but if you want to spice it up with different colors they all work well. Loved the logs but you can go with the crystal look if you want. I think the logs look fantastic which a lot of the cheaper models do not have. The heating is great and has worked well. We have had this for over three months and we use it almost nightly.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this fireplace. I wanted to add some character to a flat wall in our living room, and thought a bump out with an electric fireplace would be a good idea at a reasonable price. The whole thing, including fireplace, was done for about $550.First, I didn’t want any brand names on the front. This does not have that. Second, I didn’t need it for a heat source. This does have heat and it actually works pretty decently, but we have only used it to see if it works. Our sole purpose is purely for looks. Third, I wanted the option for wood log look and glass/crystals. This has both! We actually decided to keep the wood look since the flames and glow of the wood look really nice. There are a ton of color options for the “glow” on bottom and the flames on back.I built the bump out before the fireplace arrived, it took about 5 days to arrive. Framing was done in less than 1 day and the remaining pine on the outside, which I painted white and caulked, took about 2 days. The measurements someone else provided were exact! The one thing I did not account for was the plug in cord coming out the middle/top right side, so I had to notch out for that - but was a simple fix.So far, totally a 5/5 for the quality, price, and look! Hope this helps you make a decision!

Love it, hight heat output, low consumption of power. Looks spectacular!!!!! Can’t even tell it’s running. Have had no issues with it, installed it several months ago. I use it every day. The lights are in the flames & the logs / crystal rocks, each controlled separately. The glass is slip in & secured by screws on each side. Very well made!

Great quality fireplace. Has a clean look to it with no logos in the front showing. Great look and bright vivid colors.

It came packaged well and on time. It has a very nice and adjustable flame. It does heat my front room. It is big, the picture does not do it justice.It requires assembly and the directions could be better. The remote icons are not intuitive but OK once you know them; use the manual to figure them out.The temperature sensor is not accurate. It have the heater set to 80 F degrees and room temp is 75.Overall it works and is nice looking doing it.

Bought for my daughter and she loves it. Looks very nice on her wall.

My experience with customer service was very pleasant, they responded quickly and very cordial, always looking to solve the problem, I give them 5 stars for that, about the fireplace (50 inch) it depends on what each person is looking for, the product is good but according to the price, if you are looking for a lot of quality it is logical that a fireplace of 600 or 700 dollars at least would be better for you, the glass and the external quality look very good, the flame as I said is good for the price, just remember that this product is sent directly by the seller and returning it is somewhat complicated if it is not because of a product failure, if you are not so picky you can go for this one if you want a quality with very deep blacks and a very strong red, maybe you should consider spending 3 or 4 times more for better quality.
