I'm still using it and seems to be working. Love the benefits of propolis. It acts as a natural antibiotic, great for the immune system and oral health.

A slight bitter taste , effective , easy to use.

Great product but I can't understand why this is so expensive. Propolis is just a normal part of the hive and any beekeeper can just extract it same as honey. In many parts of Europe this is just a standard everyday item. £15 for such a tiny amount is crazy. In UK though obviously people dont really use or know about it anymore so these prices are just huge.

This is all I use when my child gets sick. Twice a day. I use more than the recommended dosage but that is up to each parent to decide. The only way to take it is with orange juice as it hides the taste and ur little one will love it.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this one! PLEASE PLEASE save your money!!I have used propolis sprays before and this one is nowhere near as good. It has been massively watered down and is not effective.For the people who makes this, how can you sell this for this exorbitant price and have it so low quality?Huge disappointment! Zero stars!

I bought this, hoping it would be the concentrated product that I first bought in Brazil, the dosage for which was a few drops on the tongue. That tasted vile, so it must’ve done some good! However, this product is water-based and the dosage is half a teaspoon, so it’ll quickly be used up. As for efficacy, who can say? I’ve been using it for ten days and my sore throat persists. Who knows, it may have been worse if I hadn’t used the product, and it might’ve fought off the virus if I’d started taking it a month ago.
