Good wall plugs, get some, will last for years.
I use them as they hang picture hooks on the wall perfectly, just drill a hole tap the plug in. When you paint the wall just pull out the wall picture hook with pliers. Perfect..

It's good, but note that screws are not included (that may be obvious but was not clear to me...)

Well fitting plugs.
Good quality plugs that fit a 4mm hole snugly with "wings" that grip well and stop rotation. Even 2mm threads will allow a really secure fixing in solid masonry with these plugs.
