I bought one of each walk hero insoles during the worst flare up of plantar fasciitis. These are my favorite - the others are so high in the arch they hurt my feet, so I move these from shoe to shoe daily. I bought these 2 years ago and they are worn everyday, yet just like new. I am so happy I am buying 2 more so I can quit switching them so often!

These inserts are lighter weight with some cushioning, yet still offer good support. They fit well in my walking sneakers, and are reasonably priced. They are working out better for me than some more expensive inserts I've tried.

Altho unable to remove stationary insole from shoes, I inserted this insert on top of it and got almost immediate relief from heel pain. Relief was so noticable. With the insertion of the Walkhero inserts, it made the shoe tighter and somewhat uncomfortable which is why I only wear them while in my home. I still have to see if I can get them to fit in my slippers. If I can remove insoles from other shoes and boots, I will buy more so I don't have to keep changing from one pair of shoes to the other. Whey buying shoes in the future, I will ascertain if insole can be easily removed or buy a half size larger to accomodate inserts. Yes, I would recommend these inserts.

This has great arch support. I have high arches so this was super comfortable but these didn't work for me. The arch support was so high that it made my shoes feel super tight (I tried them with shoes that we're an entire size bigger too). I'm not sure what does people were wearing with these but the comfort of the arch support was overshadowed by how cramped my foot felt in the shoes

I LOVE these! Ihave had mine for a very long time. My favorite thing is that I can move them from shoe to shoe. These are so supportive and soft.
