I started with the smaller, 10-cup Waterdrop pitcher, which is fantastic. But realized it would be nice to have a larger size. This slim 35-cup dispenser is perfect for my apartment-sized fridge. It fills quickly, the tap is secure and overall the dispenser is well made. After using for about a month, I had an issue with the filter indicator light repeatedly flashing blue despite a newish filter. I emailed customer service through the Waterdrop website and was, honestly, shocked by their quick response. Support representative Olivia handled the issue easily--within days I had a tracking number for a new indicator light. She checked with me several times to ensure I had received the indicator light and that the dispenser was working as I expected. Was super appreciative of her kind help. The indicator light swap was super simple. Love having cold filtered water at all times (and great for refilling my cat's water fountain, too). Great job, Waterdrop!

I can't say enough about this product.I have used Britta water filters for years.I didn't want to. It's something with a better water flow and more capacity. This product it was exactly what I was I'm looking for. Hi, I was concerned about forever chemicals, and I don't know plastic, so I searched for something that was safer. This product is made of a safe acrylic and the product description says it doesn't have the bad stuff I am trying to avoid in plastic.I don't have to fill it as often has the Brita pitcher, the water flow is much better and fills your glass or container faster.The capacity of the tank It's bigger and you can put it in your fridge. If you want cold water. I opted to have mine the counter. Because I like room temperature waterThe only thing I would say could be improved, is the lifespan of the filter. It's recommended to change them once a month, whereas the blue Brita filters lasted three months. It doesn't appear that you can buy long.The lasting filters, they just come two in the package. I am so happy with the quality of this product that i'm willing to accept that limitation.

I have saved so much money and space in my apartment because of this wonderful product. My hands are so weak that I used individual bottles of water for years. This waterdrop tank is a God sent. It fits perfectly in my fridge and I don't have to open a bottle, I can just get a small glass of water as I need it. This product is well crafted and all pieces fit. There are no leaks and does not have to be moved once placed. THANK YOU!!!!!

7/25/2025I am editing my review from a 1 star to 4 star based solely on the customer service I have received. Within 24 hrs of my first review I was contacted from CS and asked what could be done to help with my problem. Long story short I now have three new (free to me) filters to use and review. Harper was very engaged and wrote several emails to make sure I was being taken care of.My pitcher now has a new filter in it and I will address this again after I’ve used it for a week and compare its performance to the first one. My fingers are crossed because I love this dispenser.7/10/2025I had been using a pitcher type that just could not keep up with our needs so I upgraded to this. I was so pleased with this at first. The size is good and the ease of use is great. I started using it July 1st and by the 7th the filter has stopped filtering. Barely a drip. I did what others said to do. Take the filter out, bang it in your hand or shake it. Replaced it and it filtered one batch of water. I’m camping and not at home or I would return it. Very very dissatisfied as this was not inexpensive and gives me pause to order any replacement filters as they are not cheap either.

We ordered this dispenser to try to increase our water intake, even though we have fairly decent county water. Every once in a while I would taste mineral or iron or smell chlorine from our tap water, but it would eventually clear out and I've had a lot worse. This dispenser had helped increase our water intake because it is nice to have fresh cold water, especially in the hot southern summers. I don't have the chlorine smell or yucky mineral taste. We can easily refill water bottles to grab and go. I haven't noticed much difference with the alkaline benefits claimed by influencers, but it's also not any worse. I don't have anything to compare it to.The design and size is perfect for our refrigerator and two of us using it. We fill it about every 2 days. It is easy to lift with the built in side handles to restore it to the fridge after filling it. The biggest issue we have had is the filter clogging up and needing to flush and shake around the internal filters to balance it out so we can resume using it before time to replace it. Usually happens two or three weeks before time to replace the filter. We do get about 2 months from a filter. The indicator does not flash on it's own to tell you it's time to replace it. You have to press it occasionally (we do when we fill it) to check the status. Blue means good to go, flashing red means you have about 10 days before replacing your filter. Solid red means time to replace. I also make a note when it's time to replace it. We get the 3 pack of replacement filters auto shipped. Best value and small enough to store in pantry until needed.I probably would have rated it 4 stars, but the customer service has been excellent. The indicator light quit working a year later, so I contacted them through the link on Amazon. Filled out the form with required information, and they responded via email in less than 24 hours. Harper was attentive, professional, respectful, and demonstrated what excellent customer service should be. It seems so rare these days. Harper always followed up to my questions and addressed my issue. Delivery of new system was so fast. This pushed my review to 5 stars. Customer Service is essential to customer retention. I hope everyone has the same great experience I did. One day I think I'm going to try the new electric systems. I wish I could do the whole house reverse osmosis system.
