Non Gmo and great product and size for the money.

I finally used up my "old" cornstarch and was able to start using the Rumford brand. I love having a sealable container, in contrast to the upright box of the other brand that was so easily spilled. The product is excellent, as you would expect from such a well-respected brand. The best part - it's non GMO. These days, you have to read the label on everything and work hard to avoid "bioengineered" foods. I strongly recommend this product and would not hesitate to buy it again.

It's good for cooking and thickening. However, it tends to to clump easily when added directly to hot liquids, requiring careful handling for optimal results.
