Every film is scanned and looks better than it ever has. Worth every penny to have these classics on 4kUHD. Just good escapism with messages about hope for the future. Highly recommended. Replace your older DVD or Blu-ray sets. The 4k is definitely well worth the upgrade.Pass on the ridiculously high steelbook sets though, they have often been coming scratched or dented right from the factory and inside the sealed display box. The small lithograph and mini comic you get are literally THE only extras you get in the steelbook set. The regular set has the exact same disks and extras as the steelbook and the artwork is still very impressive and in the classic Superman style. Look no further. Relive the magic, for the first time. Now looking better than ever in 4k! Nothing even comes close.

It has the first 4 movies, good set

Purchased this when it was on sale and I can finally retire my old dvds. The picture and sound are great and comes with digital codes that offer Dolby Vision. Yeah movies 3 & 4 are kinda cheesy but that’s what makes them good clean fun. I also picked up the special edition and extended edition Blu-ray Disc so the collection feels complete.

Awesome Birthday gift, I'm a huge Reeve fan and DC fan so this was so great of my husband to get me. The extras made me a little teary but, hey Chris was a caring person, his memory will go on for generations!

The Superman 5 Disc 4K collection is a great value and worth the money. Especially if you love the 4K format! All these movies look great. Colors are brighter than ever. There are two separate cuts of Superman II in this collection. With the Donner cut and the original theatrical cut. The Donner Cut is the version that Richard Donner started before he was booted from the production of the film. Then re-edited and completed. The theatrical cut is the version that went to Theaters directed by English film director Richard Lester. The set also includes Superman 3 and Superman 4. Along with the original 1978 Superman of course. A great set!

I read a lot of the complaints about this set and I can’t believe the naysayers. These films have never looked or sounded better to my eyes and ears. Superman II Theatrical Version sound and picture blew me away.
