These are good capsules and are quick to just pop in your mouth rather than the powder that you have to scope out.Value for money and no taste to them.I’ve not noticed any thing different about my skin as of yet

These tablets are HUGE, so I do find it quite tricky to swallow especially having to take 4 at a time.There is no taste and I can’t tell if there’s a difference in my skin yet, but apparently they’re recommended for helping with loose skin during weight loss.

For me I really don’t like a powder which is a strange substance or has a color or smell . So when I wanted to see the results of collagen I needed to try this different Easy to take the capsules with some fluids . Skin feels less dry and firmer and it shows me effectiveness

A littke too bit to swallow

This is useful for me and the capsules are easily opened if one does what I do to add to drinks the capsules taste of little in squash and have a good amount of powder plus capsules which proves economical to buy

Easy to swallow and no taste to them at all, have been taking for a few months now, have noticed a difference in my nails as they are stronger and do t break as easily. They help ease some of my knee and back pain too. I notice a difference if i dont take them. Cant say ive noticed anything different with my skin, still the same lines and wrinkles but i will continue to take as they are not a bad price and are helping somewhat.
