This book was life-changing! I've read a lot of Christian book over the past 25 years but nothing like this one. It forced me answer some tough questions truthfully and honestly. And the results have been life-changing! I think this book should be a requirement for all new believers. It explains so much I wish I had know years ago. Because you don't know what you don't know and that can greatly cost you!

If you are serious about your relationship with God, this is an excellent read on how to develop an intimate relationship of fear and awe not to scare you but to teach you to lean in to him because he is the one who is your provider and your savior.Each day lesson plan is easy to read and very short but poweful, about 2 or 3 pages, each with some application questions at the end.It's about 42 days of daily reading.***** Don't live like God is coming some day. Live in healthy fear and awe like God could come today !!This book is changing my life.

A few years back John Bevere taught o the awe of God at my church. I can admit my walk with God wasn't where it was at the time. It wasn't until a few months ago when I heard him preach on the awe of God at a conference. I knew it had to be God!! I finally purchased the book. It is life changing!!!! I read this book thinking I feared God when I truly didn't. I even took the book with me while going on trips because I didn't want to miss reading it. The book comes in small chapters which was totally understandable given all that you're digesting. I read a chapter a day and finished in about 6 weeks. I also love that after each chapter there's a section where you can ponder on what you learned and pray the prayers provided. I've recommended the book to many people and I will re-read it. That's how good it is! I thank God for John Bevere's teachings and ministry.

If your looking for a feel good book,not it! However John Bevere is on point and this is a great teaching book. If you're someone who can read it an allow God to lead you in teaching it I would highly recommend it with it his Bible Study guide which offers a streaming video in 6 sessions. Eye opening. If you're looking to grow this will definitely put you on the right path.

Renewed my fear of God. Knowing more peace p, security and joy because of it. Highly recommended reading for all Christians and non -Christians.
