Hours of entertainment
The balls and fruit are solid painted wood, the spoon is in 2 pieces fixed together and is slimmer so I was worried as I’ve had toys like this before where they’ve broken very quickly, but the quality seems really good, and the spoon has stayed in tact despite getting thrown across the room by my toddler. The toy itself was recommended to me by a friend, I bought it with my 2 year old in mind, but he’s not quite there yet with the spoon and enjoys putting the balls in the fruit by hand. it is his 3 year old brother who has got the most out of this, he loves spooning the balls into the fruit and serving them up to people in his ‘cafe’ and this keeps him occupied for hours

Not a wooden bowl!
Interesting little game, I think my LO will like it… but the bowl isn’t wooden like advertised, and like you’re led to believe in the photos! It’s plastic. The bowl is also a little larger than you think so all the balls sit on the bottom row, except one. This makes it hard to scoop up the balls. The photos make it look like the balls are all heaped beautifully in the bowl and easily manipulated onto the spoon. Also the spoon is wonky.Small things, but worth noting.I will keep the game, I do think it will be enjoyed. Might search for a new spoon and bowl though…

Coordination and colours
Bought this for my two year old. This product helped him learn all his colours and was great for hand eye coordination. He also loves fruit so that was a huge bonus! Good quality with bright colours. Doesn't seem to chip easily like many other products.

Dangerous
Bought for my daughters 1st birthday as states 12months + but so unsafe for this age, the balls are just the right size to put in their mouth and completely occlude their airway, so dangerous
