This is by far the absolute best ramen on the market. The noodles are ACTUALLY fresh, the portions are large, and the flavors are amazing. These are absolutely worth the money.

To have the noodles not mushy, use a bigger pot with more water at a rolling boil. Make broth separately. The water cools down too much if you add the noodles to only 2 c boiling water, fresh noodles with lukewarm water = mushy noodles. The ramen was just meh.

Tastes good, just a bit pricey.

Noodles are very soft but “milky “. Broth tastes “off” and salty. No other little “ ingredients” like dried onions etc. Not what I expected. Especially for the price point. Of course this is my opinion. Maybe you will like it. I did also only boil for 2 minute as instructed.

Good fresh made style ramen. The broth isn't great, but the noodles are top notch.
