Excellent Piece Of Kit
Connected my Avtex TV through the headphone 3.5mm socket to my Kenwood head unit in my motorhome. I wanted the TV sound to use the motorhome sound system. It worked but had an annoying background humming noise. Googled the problem and it came up with this piece of kit as a fix. At £8.99 I tried it. Worked a treat. No more humming and I can use the equaliser on the Kenwood to set a superb sound especially when watching movies. I highly recommend this simple piece of kit.

Works a treat on removing car noise interference!
I’d recently bought a car play screen and wired it up via aux, and I was getting loud engine whirring noise audio through the car speakers 🔊,so bought this and it works flawlessly, the sound is spot on and no interference whatsoever ,so happy customerDefinitely recommended if you have an older car like my 2014 plate Astra 👍🏻

Good
First time it worked then locked my pc up as the sound went nuts. I will test it further it seems good though, it does get right of the horrible noise in the aux connector.

Easy solution to a complex problem
This is the first time I've run into a ground loop problem - it took me a long time to figure out even diagnose it as such, and even then I wasn't entirely sure - I just knew that if I disconnect one of the devices in the chain, the hum would stop. Turns out it was ground loop causing the hum. This device is so simple and easy and immediately and completely removed the hum - its so gratifying cos it so frustrating having that hum and getting rid of it seemed near impossible. I still don't understand what exactly causes the ground loop (I've tried reading the physics, its beyond me) but hey, this worked! For those interested, my setup was to connect the audio from a PS5 to a PC and use the PC for both game and chat/party audio (because some of my friends don't have a PC and can only use the Playstation party). So there was a mic out from the PC to the PS5 and a line out for vice-versa (using a USB sound card on the playstation). The ground loop was mitigated temporarily by disconnecting either the PC or the Playstation's HDMI connection to the TV - so I would just get online on the PS, unhook the HDMI, switch input to PC and get going. A bit of a pain if you need to switch back to the PS5 for anything. The dance of the HDMI connections was a way of life until this magical device came along! :)

Just. Works.
You cannot imagine how many times over the years I have encountered the same problem with various speaker systems hooked up to various computers. Why these devices don't come with ground loop noise isolators is beyond me. This simple device got rid of the annoying hum on my laptop external soundbar speaker in an instant. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who is experiencing the same issue - of course first check that you don't have your audio cable running alongside a mains power chord, and you could have a fault inside the speaker itself. For me, this soundbar is only a few months old and I'd already checked my cables for loose connections or proximity to power cables. Great gadget - just wish I'd found about this type of thing years ago.

Perfect for older cars without bluetooth
I have an older car with AUX, FM or CD audio. Installed an android auto screen but it created the ground noise loop as it is powered from the 12V port. Added this between the radio and the AUX port and it's 100% silent now. I even tested using it plugged into the android auto screen instead of the car radio and flipped it so it was plugged in the other way around. As long as it is somewhere in the link between your audio output and the audio import it works fine so you can't even instal it wrong. Brilliant value for money, solid build quality, easy to install and very compact size.
