Updated report: Since first used a year ago plantar fasciitis has not returned
Good in all respects. Competitive price. Can't give five stars because I've only just bought it. A similar model though from the same vendor has held up well for three or four months of frequent use. I successfully recovered untroubled walking from plantar fasciitis using it in my shoes or boots as one of my measures. It's only an opinion, and may have nothing to do with my recovery, but I suspect that, with such products as inserts, one must persist for at least say two months before, if they work, one is going to see a result. A better test than I performed would have been to try different measures separately in succession for two months each, but I was in a hurry to get better, so tried thicker soles and thicker socks as well as arch support inserts and plain inserts all at the same time. I was on my way to recovery before I was examined by a physiotherapist, but he did say that my arches were a little flattened so that support was a good ideaUpdated 23 February 2018: It's now a year since I started using arch supports, and some eight months since I bought Wellbeing supports from Amazon. I made a repeat order the other day, and take the opportunity to report that I continue to use the combination of thicker shoe and boot soles, insoles, and arch supports, and the plantar fasciitis has not returned. All supports have held up well in use

Supportive
Third pair I've bought over time now. Used to support my flat feet which caused planters fascitis which is very painful. These supports fit inside the shoe & straight away support the foot arch. Comfortable, rigid, supportive & value for money.

surprisingly sturdy
I was not wishing much from these but am pleasantly surprised. They fit inside my boots snuggly. (but can be wobbled about so you have to be a little careful first putting your foot in) once your foot is in though all is well and they remain in place. They are soft enough not to be painful but rigid enough to lift your arches. To start with this hurt a little but I soon adjusted. They have lasted well and i weigh over 15 stone so can say that they take some real weight. I'm not a doctor bit they do seem to have helped some ankle pain I was suffering from. Also I paid full price. Not one of those weird Amazon reviews that are bought ones.

I wouldn't be able to work without these
So this is my third pair. I think. I combine them with memory foam insoles for the perfect custom fit for my steel toe boots. I suffer from a weak lower back and this combination not only helps with comfort but more importantly it keeps my posture in check. You see it all starts from the soles of your feet. If u can cover that then your knees will adjust and then your hips and gate correction will prevent back pain. Trust me it's tried and tested and it definitely works because if it didn't I would no way be using them. Hope this review helped

Worth a try if you're not sure you need insoles.
This product is ok, but I was conscious of the slight ridge where the insole ended. I also don't think it really offered the support I needed. In the end, I had a pair of insoles fitted by a professional. However, the insoles I had fitted were ten times the price of these ones and if I hadn't tried these first, I would probably never have bought the professional ones. These worked as a kind of practice pair.
