I really appreciate how easy they were to put togetherI'm on the older side so I wasn't to sure.I borrowed my sons drill went together easy. I started the screws in the holes and completed with the drill.Now to get the girls to use themMy hens are on the larger size. These boxes are nice and roomy.

The nest went together very well with the screws and screwdriver provided. The only problem I ran into is the right side panel B had no holes drilled in it. I put everything else together though, and it held tightly anyway. So far, my chickens have not used it but it’s only been a day so I’m hopeful. 😊UPDATE: my hens went two days without using it then I placed one of their eggs in the nest and had great success they then decided to start using it.😊👍

Not the quality I expected for the price. Seem to be cheap wood. Easy to assemble and are sufficient.

I’m 65 years old I have arthritis so was this difficult for me to put together as far as the screws go it wasn’t easy. But I managed I lined everything up first unlike most men I’m a woman I need to follow directions. So I laid everything out, lined up the holes to make sure they matched, and I realized that the bottom plate should be turned around once I did that all the holes lined up perfectly. Then I knew all I have to do is screw it together that took me a while. I need Power tools that would’ve made a big difference. My hands are sore. I finished it and everything looks perfect no holes no gaps absolutely perfect it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s lightweight and it’s going to work perfect For me. I would definitely recommend this but line things up first so you won’t make the mistake. The one guy did in One of the videos that was submitted a one star. If you line things up, it’ll be perfect!

Everything in the product description is not true. Way too flimsy a product. I assembled them, and the screws were a joke, they just sunk in. Not real wood, if it is it’s very low quality. I threw them away rather than returning them. My bad..

My wife bought this, I put it together. There are many fasteners to install. Ships to you as a flat box, you assemble it all. Fasteners are included. Do not over torque the install of the screws or you will strip the screw hole. If you use a power drill, save the last few turns to be done by hand to prevent over tightening and stripping out the screw hole. This has been in use for 5 months now and the chickens seam to continually lay their eggs in it. Easy to clean, easy to assemble. I would buy this again for its ease.
