They are cheap but it shows in a few areas. Bright and usable in the bright mode only.
The lights are very bright on the bright mode but the dim mode and flashing are not so good for use on a vehicle. Because you have to cycle through the modes to get to the one you want, they are awkward to use. The supplied switch is not well enclosed and feels flimsy and cheap. The framework around the lights themselves is very thin and bends out of shape easily. They are cheap, but it shows in a few areas.

Looks may fool you
Looks nice, but the built quality is poor even for ita low price. The switch feels like its made from lego. 3 modes are set for 1 button which you have to press multiple times to go true these modes. They could built in a 3 mode button instead. And they claim there is short and long beam mode. There is no difference between them. Most of the bicycle lights are brighter. So save your money and time and dont buy it

Dirt cheap and it clearly shows.
I’ll start by saying I paid £13 for this pair of lights. I have no intention of using the electronics that come with it and will build my own circuit with LED and driver to put in the housing. But for those that do want to use these, this is my view. They are 100% not waterproof, there is no sealant, there are no o-rings or seals of any kind and all finger tight. They will get wet and they will fail. The only “space aluminum” part is the part with the two silver screws in and maybe the cage that goes round the outside but don’t have a magnet to check. The rest is all plastic. Not a single word on the box is spelt correctly and the wiring diagram shows 4 wires to connect up but only two come out the lamps themselves.I certainly wouldn’t be connecting these up to my bikes electrics without some sort of protection in between. But like I say, I’m taking them apart and using different bits so none of this bothers me, they’d be good for a little gimmick light on something no doubt, but not on a road going vehicle.

Good so far
Just installed them. They look ok. Light is reasonable for the wattage. Low drain on the battery. Will see about durability and water resistance. So far good. Also, good that they work on very low voltage, even on 6 volts

good addition to the safety of the bike
Easy to fit and came with own isolation switch to save on battery power

Very bright! Very easy to install.
Way bigger than they look, super easy to install, super bright and super visible, if only the mode was settable instead of cycling through on off presses.
