Great inserts, especially if you are suffering with Plantar Fascitis
I've had plantar fascitis for most of last year so I bought a pair of these a few months ago after reading up about what might help. They were great, they feel thin and hard but actually they give really excellent support. I bought a second pair because they're so reasonable, so I have a pair in my work shoes and a pair for my boots. They don't have sticky bases so actually they are really easy to change over from one pair of shoes to another, but they're so reasonably priced it's no problem to have several pairs. My plantar fascitis has improved dramatically (which I think is a combination of time and wearing the inserts) but I will continue to wear these all the time as I can really tell a different without them, and it feels much better with them in, especially if I'm doing a lot of walking or standing around.

Good product
Needed for a medical problem. Problem still exists but the insoles are helping. Only problem I have with them is that the arch support is in slightly the wrong place for me....I guess my feet are slightly short for this insole (I'm a 5 or 5.5 in most shoes). However, unless an insole is specially made specifically for your feet this is going to happen. Well worth the money when I look at the price of insoles in the stores.

Game changer
They have made such a difference! I am on my feet 9-10 hours most days and I have suffered with symptoms of plantar fasciitis for the last 18 months if not longer, my heels and legs used to be awful in the morning I’d have to shuffle to the bathroom but now there is very little pain or stiffness. They hurt the arches of my feet when I first to wear them but they were helping to readjust my posture and giving me the support i needed. The sizing is pretty spot on top and being half an innersole it means I can use them with any shoes I need to

Good support but slip about.
They certainly help with my pain and I've been able to walk for hours with them in my walking shoes.. but there is one downside in that they slip about and therefore take ages to put on a pair of boots as you have to get it just right on your foot and in boots your feet automatically moves them down the boot.. probably get full length next time but they definitely helped with my sore toes and gave support to my arches.

Great ease for plantar fasciitis sufferers
I suffer badly with plantar fasciitis and these came up as a suggestion in a search. They fitted into my shoes easily and were comfortable to walk on, they eased the pain I was feeling and helped me walk normally which was great. The only think I noticed is they don’t go too well in my boots as my toes felt a bit squished.

Excellent product
My arches have recently fallen and walking was painful in my knee and back so I bought these to see if they could help and they do. I'm not saying I am completely pain free and they take a couple of days to get used to but most of the pain has gone. They offer good support and when used to them are very comfortable and great value for money and I have purchased another pair.

You get what you pay for!
My wife wanted some new inserts for her shoes and having found these that were a fraction of the price that we normally pay for Orthaheels decided to give these a try. Unfortunately the old adage proved true and although these looked similar they are harder and a lot less comfortable.I guess in some ways it may be down to personal taste but in this instance sadly we would not recommend these

Less foot ache!
These feel great on my arches and have reduced the foot strain/ache that I was getting. They don’t fit amazingly over the top of the insoles in my trainers, as they are quite shallow. Next time I purchase insoles I would go for the full length, and use them as a replacement in my trainers rather than an additional insole.
