Best Rice Ever
It's compact and fits easily onto a cupboard shelf when not in use. It's inexpensive. Calling it cheap would be a disservice, as it's well-made and aesthetically pleasing. It's also easy to clean.Ideally, set aside half an hour for perfect rice. I've tried whole jasmine, white basmati, brown basmati and fast cook. All came out perfect. Cooks 2 portions. That's all those boxes ticked, apart from the main one.Taste.As good as I've ever had and better than any I've cooked at home before (always been hit-and-miss and I never knew beforehand previously how it was going to turn out). This bijou rice cooker takes away the worry.Measure out your portion using the cup, rinse, add the water using the same cup and do other stuff. You turn it on and forget about it, knowing you'll come back to perfect rice. Consistently superb. Convenient too. This is the leading contender for my best buy this year. Did I mention how tasty the rice is? Yum yum.

Love it
Absolutely love this peppy little rice cooker. It’s basic and does the job well. When I’ve been juggling cooking and forget the rice and end up with a burn lot of rice at the bottom of the pan this just takes care of that. Perfect rice every time so far. Just wash it. Add the water in the easy to follow mark ratios. Turn it on and forget till you’re ready. It shuts off and goes into a keep warm mode so it’s just ready when you are after 15 mins or so. Love it. Suitable for individual living also couples. Not big enough for families but since I live in my own it’s perfect.

Tiny, but good rice cooker
I bought this because I previously had the Russell Hobbs 1.8L one which you can find on here too. I definitely don't recommend the russell hobbs one because it has a glass top which leaves a lot of steam out. This dries out the rice and it does not cook very well. However, THIS rice cooker is perfect. It takes about 12 minutes to cook, but you need to leave it for another 10 minutes or so to steam properly. If someone is complaining that their rice was wet, this is probably what they did. Let it steam for the extra few minutes and the rice will be perfect. This rice cooker is absolutely tiny. You can see my hand in the photo covering the whole top (and I don't have large hands). I was worried it would be too small, but it's actually perfect for me. This cooks 1.6 cups of rice (Japanese rice cups are 3/4 of an American cup size). 0.5-1 cup of rice is enough for one person. I only ever cook for two and even 1.6 cups worth of rice is on the bigger side that what I need for two.I love this because it can be put away in a cupboard and not take up much space, where my old rice cooker took up a lot of space. There are a few things you should know before buying this....* There is no on/off switch on the device, so you will need to plug it out when you want to turn it off completely.* The top cover is not messy, but steam does accumulate in between the top parts which are difficult to clean. You can see on my picture that the metal part of the top cover does not separate so it is hard to get into there to wash it. This part is only water, so you can rinse it easily. You might be able to disconnect these two parts, but it doesn't look like you can.* The plastic rice spoon does not fit inside, so you can't leave it inside to put it away. I put it in my cutlery drawer. The rice measuring cup does fit in there though.* The power cable is fine, but is messy to put away. I used a little strip of velcro to wrap it up tightly so when I put it in the cupboard, it doesn't catch on everything and knock it over.Overall, well worth buying if you want a small rice cooker that is easy to use, clean, and store.

Solid little rice cooker for couples - almost perfect
This Judge rice cooker has been a reliable kitchen companion for cooking perfect portions for two people - the rice comes out well most times. The non-stick pot makes cleanup a breeze, though occasionally rice sticks a bit at the bottom if left on warm too long, but I really appreciate the included measuring cup that takes the guesswork out of water-to-rice ratios. The compact size and good build quality make it great value for small households, even if it lacks some fancy features of pricier models. Purchased it for £25.04

Fantastic magic pot
I can't cook rice but this pot can , small , simple, easy to wash and makes fabulous rice.I've used it 3 times and made cheap savoury packet rice, sticky rice ( reason for purchase) and a mature cheese and onion risotto and all were just perfect. İt's the perfect pot to make single servings to help with portion control to. Wish I had bought it a long time ago, recommended!

Worth it.
I never really saw the point of rice cookers. It's easy to just make rice in a pan. But I got this because it was small and it'll save me a bit of hob space when cooking any complicated meals. Gave it a first go yesterday and was impressed. There's no faff, no wastage and it keeps the rice warm until you need it.Also, the cook on the rice was perfect. So yeah, I thought it'd be dumb but I'm converted I guess.
