Had to get this to check my urine and it was OK.

Great testing sticks which give you an indication if anything is going on.. While each of these you'll need to research to see what each one means in detail, here's a rough idea just to give you an indication if these sticks are what you're actually looking for.This is what the strips test the urine for..Glucose (Could Indicate Diabetes)Bilirubin (Evidence of a stressed liver or liver disease or damage etc) Or in my case it's useful to check if my levels are raised as I have Gilbert's syndrome which is a common genetic liver disorder which goes undiagnosed in many many people.Ketones (Means the body isn't using sugars for energy which is seen in diabetes and starvation or if you happen to be on a keto diet)Specific Gravity (Higher levels usually mean your more dehydrated)Blood (Could indicate Kidney Stones, Infections)pH (Your kidneys take uric acid out of your blood and put it into urine so that it can leave your body. But if your body is making too much uric acid, the level in the urine can get too high. ... High levels of uric acid can cause crystals to form in joints.)Protein (Presence could indicate kidney disease although small amounts are passed in urine.. Causes include diabetes and high blood pressure which cause damage to the kidneys and allow the protein into the urine)Urobilinogen (Presence could indicate liver dysfuction or a stressed liver)Nitrite (Presence indicates possible UTI)Leukocytes (Could indicate Bladder or Kidney infection)
