Very Satisfied
I am so glad I decided to trying milling my own flour. These wheat berries are a great quality and taste! My next purchase will be the white wheat berries. Sourdough is well loved in my kitchen and the flour made strong starter!

Good for sourdough, super bread
Makes really high protein bread. The bread is more whole wheat than white, but it's super high in protein. Like 6-10 grams of protein per slice, depending on the size of the slice.

One of our favorites!
We are loving this grain! Right from the start we could tell this grain was a higher quality than the brand we had been ordering from. Our foods are turning out to be perfect, compared to some grainy issues we had with our previous company. We will be ordering from them again.

Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries 25 LBS
Good products for growing mushrooms.also, if you're into eating wheat berries with your mushrooms.Good product for mycology as well as for eating.Have bought many times will again!Recommended to all looking for wheat berries. They do have these in bags and buckets I wanted the buckets for easy storage as they seal nicely for me, since they need to stay clean and dry for long periods of not being eaten/used.

I think it’s soft red wheat berries not hard
I’ve been milling my own flour for months now and just received my big bucket of supposed hard red berries but there’s a noticeable difference in the flour it acts more like soft red berries it doesn’t have much gluten when I add water there is absolutely no reaction, none. I’m use to the water thickening and bubbles forming as the water reacts to the flour. These berries give me nothing. I’ve purchased the same brand smaller bags and they were great so I have to assume that these berries aren’t what they are advertised as. I know longer recommend this brand and won’t purchase it again.
