Have used this sight about a dozen times and now will not stay on .it’s 9 months old unable to return out of warranty so please shop else where

Good customer service.
I bought the sight around about 3 months ago. It did not function the way it said it did. Upset at the loss of £145 pound I emailed them, with the hope of returning it or replacing it.The customer service team where brilliant, asked me what was wrong, I explained sent photos as proof and as simple as that they resent me another one. It arrived today all working and functioning.4 stars because the first sight didn’t work as described but should really be 5 stars for their customer service. Good job guys!!
