This is Day 1 review, and tried inside the house. I purchased the insurance ($10/2yr), and will update if I find out this is worth.Basically, for $59, this is great beginner board. Decent quiet motor, 100Wx2 which is good enough, actually great fit for 40 yo adult and 5 yo kid. Since you can’t adjust the mode (beginner etc) like other models this limit turns out to be great start. For 11 yo boy, I’m sure he’ll ask for more power tomorrow when riding outside. We tested in house and motor was fairly quiet except the “beep” from the speaker when pressing the switch.There are some cons listed below, but none will reduce the star.App (iOS ver tested) is not supporting this model even though the quick start guide tells to install the app first - don’t scan QR code, you’ll waste your time. You can connect speaker via Bluetooth directly, but I’d not recommend as I didn’t enjoy…Bluetooth Speaker has short range of connection (approx 5 feet) with poor sound quality.

I purchased two of these units. One from amazon warehouse as used like new and one normal purchase as new.The used like new purchase one looked fantastic, like new in fact. However it would not charge. The charger would stay green as if it was always completed charging but the unit itself wouldnt take a charge. It would turn on when the charger was plugged into it but as soon as the charger was removed it would shut off.I then returned that one and bout a brand new one. Well this one also turned up with a charging problem. When plugging the charger into the unit the light would turn red indicating it was charging but it would then fade out and turn green. This cycle would repeat indefinitely. Seems that the charger was trying to charge but the unit was pulling too much power and shutting the charger off so the charger would then turn back on and retry. The unit wouldnt turn on at all as if the battery was not even connected. I tried two different chargers and they both did the same thing so the fault was with the unit itself not the charger.I ended up returning them both and am going with a different brand.

Overall the hover board is great. Feels pretty heavy duty and works well. The noise level is pretty low and moved smoothly. Lights up nicely and makes it look good. Battery life is pretty good as of now. Value for money at the price point. It’s very easy to use and is easy to navigate. Overall would recommend this product who wants a good device and at a good price.

I got the Hover-1 All-Star Hoverboard for my 5-year-old as a Christmas gift, and he absolutely loves it! The 7MPH top speed is perfect for his age, and the 7-mile range means he can ride it around the neighborhood without running out of battery too quickly. It’s easy to control, and the dual 200W motor provides a smooth ride. The 5-hour recharge is a bit long, but it's worth it for the fun he has. A great gift for kids who are ready to zoom around!

This hoverboard works well, even at 190lbs, and rides smoothly on flat surfaces. However, I noticed a slight clicking/rattling sound, like something shifting inside, though it still functions fine. It’s not ideal for outdoor use on uneven ground, it bumps noticeably, making it easier to lose balance. Also, when accelerating, you need to lean forward, which can make stability tricky. Overall, it’s fun for indoor or smooth surfaces, but not the best for rough terrain

I bought this as a birthday gift from my daughter's 10th birthday. Imagine how upset she was when the first one on her birthday didn't work. Imagine how much more disappointed she was the next day when the replacement for the dead item arrived and it was also dead. In the same way. One side charges the other one doesn't.I'm sorry to say, but this product appears to be garbage. And Amazon seems to have a warehouse full of defective versions of this product. How else do you explain you that you get two dead items in 2 days?

This is a very nice hoverboard! Large enough for an adult but also manageable for kids. I got this one for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. I use it, her little brother uses it and it has held up very well. It is very fast, she has only used it a couple of times outside but it handles the terrain very well. I bought another brand of hoverboard for my son and he prefers this one. The battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend!
