Max FactorFalse Lash Effect Serum for Eyelashes & Brows, 13ml

Works great.

I received this item yesterday and there is no serum in the tube, it is completely bone dry. The returns process directs you to registering an enquiry with Max Factor for them to respond to, rather than giving the ability to send the defective item back for a refund. I'm extremely disappointed and would rather not give a single star but this is the only way I can place a review. I didn't expect poor customer service like this from a company like Max Factor, or from Amazon, from whom I purchased this item in good faith.

This product is easy to apply, I've been using this product just under 4 weeks now and my eyelashes have definitely grown longer and look more full.I'll be honest I didnt think it would work but it does and for the price it was worth a try, I apply before bed.

This sounds mad but I really didn't know whether there was any product in the container. The brush felt (& looked) empty, but the tip felt as though there was product on it - although I couldn't see any. I bought it as it was cheaper that my usual brand and, as it's Max Factor, I trusted it. It did work & it lasts quite a long time - really good for an invisible product! Please be aware the brush is quite sharp.

love the brush - it’s super easy to apply and you can get right from the base of the lash to the tip, and this didn’t irritate my eyes at all. On the downside, I don’t feel the serum is as good as my old (and more expensive serum). I probably wouldn’t buy it again will likely return to my old brand but I’m sure my daughter will use it.

Sorry can’t say I am impressed with this, the teeth of brush are too sharp, it could so easily catchyour eye. No don’t like and certainly would t recommend

Happy using this for my falling out lashes. Gave thickness & length. Had 2 upto now.

Feels like there is nothing in the bottle but it definitely makes my lashes look better
