I bought the keyboard and mouse set; they worked perfectly. However, my mouse stopped responding. I notified the seller, who immediately apologized through email; they had attempted to reach me by phone. The seller said "we would gladly replace the mouse". Two days later, I opened a package left on my porch; it was a new mouse and keyboard. Great seller. I will use them again, and I recommend them for your electronics.

Nice keyboard, the split on the keyboard has the 6 on the left hand where my old split it was on the right hand took a bit of time to get used to the placement of the keys

I like the ergonomic style - adapted quite easily for daily use at work. Tab key on left needs to be below the Caps Lock as Tab is used much more frequently than Caps Lock - my opinion. Mouse batteries tend to drain faster than another one I use, even with top of the line batteries. Other than those two points - I like the keyboard and glad I purchased.

I purchased this keyboard several months ago because it was on a good sale, planning to put it aside and use it as soon as my current one cratered out on me. Well, today was that day, and within 10 minutes of using this new keyboard, I realized it was completely worthless. It would randomly skip letters, then repeat multiples of the same letters in other words for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, since I purchased it a few months ago, I'm outside the return window even though it's brand new. Save your money.

I've used this board for a while now, I like it very much.

I wanted to like this keyboard and mouse so bad.Works great for a few weeks and then the keyboard all of a sudden stops typing and the mouse stops scrolling. I’ve had the product for eight months and I think I switched the batteries about six times. I decided to switch to a company that I recognize and will discontinue using this product.

I bought this keyboard/mouse combo in February 2023 and within a month several keys on the keyboard stopped working. Their customer service was great, and they sent me a replacement keyboard within a week. Fast forward to October 2023 and the scroll wheel on the mouse is no longer working, it spins but it does not relay the action to my computer. The return and/or service timeframe expired in May 2023. I only use the mouse/keyboard in my home office and it is used lightly, not jostled around or used for any gaming or non-work related activities. While this set is an OK value for the cost, there are better name brand products at comparable prices and it's definitely worth the extra $10-15 for something of better quality. I wanted to love this set, but sadly I'm left shopping for a replacement less than a year later which is why I'm only giving it 2 stars.
