Perfect replacement
Works perfect. My 2007 Jetta 2.5 is now blowing great AC cold air. Also feplaced the cabin filter and the airflow increased dramatically as well (very dirty filter).

Do not waste your money on this part.
Installed this part, and it immediately leaked when I was vacuuming down the system. Either the diameter is not up to spec, or the o-rings are inferior. This part is significantly lighter and definitely feels cheaper than OEM. I purchased an equivalent part from a different manufacturer and everything works great.

Measure your original valve length before ordering!
It looks like a great quality product! I just have the shorter valve in my Sanden PXE 16 compressor.I would definitely recommend pulling the original valve and measuring it before ordering.

These won't fit Nissen AC Compressors
This part didn't fit our 2008 VW Jetta 2.5L It has a Nissens AC Compressor. We ended up needing specifically the EX1238C model.

Perfect fit for my 2008 Volkswagen EOS
The dealership wanted over $1200 to fix the AC on my car. Then I saw a couple of YouTube videos that said most of the time the problems I was experiencing (AC barely working, and only intermittently) was fixed by this valve. So I bought this part and had a local mechanic install it for me. Now my AC is working like new and I saved well over $1000!

Cheap fix for my slow to activate AC
Bought this to fix the AC on my Sportwagen. It would come on very slowly. To replace you have to empty and recharge the AC system. The new valves was tighter in the compressor than the old one. I'm a bit worried that it will be difficult to remove if/when it quits working.Before I installed it, there was some stray copper trash inside the valve that I removed. Not very good QC to have trash in a valve that's going into an AC system.
