I purchased this as a gift and then had some issues with charging it after a few daysI wrote to the customer helpline and they were really responsive to it, replaced my product within the next few days and its working really well.

This is a pretty good product. I have been using this every alternate night for the past two weeks. Average duration if usage is about 15-20 mins. The deep massage option is good although the regular option is equally effective. Gives a light headed feeling post the massage. Though it may not completely substitute the beauty of a hand massage, it is still a worthy companion in times of need. Battery life is very good. I have charged it just once in this past fortnight. Good product, good quality and packing.
