Love this shower head!
Even though I'm in CA so this is a low flow shower head, it seems to be lots of water and very good coverage! I was truly surprised! I had Pfister throughout my house as a new build, and they have always been great about sending me free replacement parts any time I had a valve start to leak.

Installation instructions are not perfect
It seems fairly easy to install and use product. However, it can turn into a nightmare if you do not pay attention to the type, make and model of the valve assembly underneath. You must be comfortable caulking the trims properly for sealing it.A video showing the gaps and steps to install will improve the ease of information. It is somewhat unintuitive to understand the purpose of rings and washers. I had difficulty understanding the reason for the gap between the trim and the handle.

Warning!
Warning. This only works with a Pfister shower cradle on the water line in the wall. If you do not have this, you will be tearing out your wall, tile, drywall and having a plumber cut out and solder in a Pfister shower cradle. I tried to talk to Pfister to find out a work around and they just hung the phone up on me.
