Works great!!!
I bought a set of them about a year ago, one for my home use and one for my vacation home. They worked great and never disappointed me. I recently bought another set for specialty purposes, so far so good. Highly recommended.

Great for monitoring temp
Bought so we could monitor our inside house temp when gone. Small readout but has exactly what we needed. Not 100% accurate, about 2-4 deg less than actual temp. Like the fact that I don’t have to pay for cloud storage just to monitor house inside temp.

Love the concept, implementation has some issues
I love the idea of a temperature/humidity device connected to Smartlife. The ability to generate smart scenes that take action based on temp and RH is awesome. However 2 issues, of the two devices one is seemingly accurate and the other's RH is off by 5-10%. I tested both devices with two other hygrometers and like I said 1 device matched my other two hygrometers, but the other device was significantly off by 5-10%. The other issue maybe an integration issue with Smartlife. I used Smartlife's download feature to download the humidity history for a single day as an excel file. That excel file contained a time ordered list of hourly RH measurements that were labeled as percent but ranged from from 141 to 161. Looking at that same day's data in Smartlife it looks correct, ranging from 69% to 61%.

Works!
Easy to setup. Two units give consistent readings in the same spot. Plugged in, does not use battery. Reliable connection to wifi. Love the temperature history and alert features. The other review says wifi settings lost if unplugged. This does not happen to my units. I can unplug them and relocate to different rooms. Wifi reconnects automatically without issue.

worked okay for awhile, then went bad. AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY
Okay, so this is my second downgrade for these sensors. The second sensor now is about 10 degrees higher than other thermometers, and clearly incorrect. I have tried to contact the company to see if there is anything that can be done, but there is no contact information available, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I would definitely avoid these POS.Okay, I've had them for a few months, and now there are problems. I will add my new comments in CAPS. The original review is in regular.SO I TOOK THE SENSOR OUT OF THE FRIG, BECAUSE IT HAD STOPPED WORKING. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, BECAUSE ONCE I TOOK IT OUT, IT STARTED WORKING AGAIN. SO IT PROBABLY WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE SENSOR. BUT AFTER THAT, WHEN I HAD THE SENSOR IN THE ROOM FOR SEVERAL DAYS, THE SENSOR CONSISTENTLY REPORTED THE TEMPERATURE ABOUT 10 DEGREES HIGHER THAN IT ACTUALLY WAS. I NEVER COULD GET IT TO CORRECT. SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT IN A NORMAL SETTING (I.E., SOMETHING WHERE IT DOES NOT GET DOWN TO AROUND 50 DEGREES F), IT PROBABLY WILL BE OKAY. IF YOU ARE, I AM NOT SURE HOW IT WILL WORK.I bought these to monitor our condo when we are out of town (for six weeks) and to monitor a special frig that contains our medications.I first wanted to test them and set them up. It took a little while to get them going but what I realized is (a) you have to connect them to a 2.4G network, (b) you need Bluetooth enabled on the phone, to access the device, even if you are going to ultimately access outside the house via the internet, and (c) the "Indicator" light is inside the device, somewhat hidden in back. Once I got that together, they weren't too bad to get going. After I got them going, the two devices (which I placed side by side) had rather discrepant readings, but after a couple of hours, they were almost exactly the same. So they work well for me, and I am buying tomorrow for our house.

Great remote temperature thermometers
These temperature and humidity thermometers work great. Very easy to set up and I can read the temperatire of 2 rooms remotly . The only drawback is they will go down to 32F but won't show anything below that.

We Forgot the Non-Volatile Memory!
If you plan to connect these to Wi-Fi in a way that you never lose power to them and never need to change the Wi-Fi settings, they're likely ideal. In our case, we're using them in an RV parked in our driveway. We need a way to monitor the temperatures in the Wet Bay (storage area underneath where most of the plumbing is) and the living area (where the rest of the plumbing is) during the winter, to ensure the pipes don't freeze/burst. In an RV we have to periodically disconnect power, which causes these devices to lose all of their Wi-Fi configuration. When it does, it's often frustratingly difficult to get them re-established on the Wi-Fi. You also need to manually reselect the Units presentation (Metric or Imperial: Celsius or Fahrenheit). This would be a truly amazing product if they designed it with some non-volatile memory to retain the Wi-Fi and Units configuration information (perhaps even more than one Wi-Fi set-up), enabling it to auto-reconnect and hold the Units presentation information when power is restored. I think that's all it's lacking. Perhaps a future version?

Easy set up
Set up was easy and not bad price. Only problem is do not use for remote use. Will not reconnect to WiFi automatically if signal or power lost intermittently.
