Replaces mini apprentice s discontinued motor with some motor mount massaging.
Replaces mini apprentice s discontinued motor with some motor mount massaging.I used a debarring tool to expand the range of the mounting holes and i was able to get my mini apprentice back in the air. Original esc worked fine and the motor shaft and length is perfect.

Small but powerful motor
I have a 63" VOLANTEXRC FPV RC Airplane that I got off of Amazon last year. I had to replace the existing motor after a crash when I suffered a loss of radio connection. The plane itself was easily repaired. I bought this FLASH HOBBY D2826 2200KV motor to replace the original. It works very good and has plenty of power. I am using a 2200 lipo battery. I replaced the exisiting original 30 amp, which over heated, with a used 40 amp ESCi already had.

Great motor for my sailplane!
Older sailplane had an old motor that burnt up. Replaced it with this - great motor! Running a 30a ESC, 10x6 folding prop, and running a 3s 2200 battery. Excellent flight performance, works great with my esc brake. Would definitely buy another one for my other sailplane!
