Good quality easy to clean and fits just about everywhere used to cage my gecko so he could stay with a friend for the weekend and I didn't have to move his entire enclosure. definitely would recommend.

While this is a very inexpensive small animal cage, it is 100% not worth the money. This item is made of the same material as a capsule from a gumball machine. It is not remotely structurally competent. It is not possible to fasten the lid onto the cage, let alone hold the hinged access port closed in any kind of useful way. If you wanted to put a small stuffed toy in it and never move it or use it for anything live, it would still not be up to the job. Use a shoe box. It will do a better job.

My daughter had named this her “Critter Catcher” and she never goes exploring without it. We live way out in the country so she has an endless supply of little critters to catch and release. Size wise- I easily holds 2 full grown toads at the same time with extra room for them to hop back and forth. I definitely see myself ordering a second one to use as a back up for when hers is being washed.

I accidentally ordered this thinking it’s an actual medium sized critter keeper but it is indeed a mini . My fault for not reading the measurements. I bought 2Exo Terra Faunarium mini’s that are nicer and cheaper !! In my pic this one is on the left and theExo Terra Faunarium is on the right .

Bullet points at the top of the page indicate package dimensions are 8 x 13 x 11 (assumed to be in inches). Looking further down the page, it states that the product dimensions are 4 x 5 x 7 (again assumed to be in inches). I received a cage that was 6" Long x 3" Deep x 4.5' Tall. This is very confusing. The product info and the dimensions should be up at the top of the page with the bullet points. No one will care what size the package is! I ordered 2 cages and the package was 12" Long x 6.5" Deep x 9.2" Tall--so still not the package dimensions listed at the top of the page. If someone orders 10 cages, the package dimensions would be different. So, this information is not really relevant.

Although the color we ordered wasn’t the color that arrived, my daughter loves it and it makes the perfect home for her little pet.
