Q: How long do they stay fresh?

I don't really know if it every loses freshness. It's an amazing product and if used frequently it won't dry up. But, losing freshness isn't something I would consider. It's like alcohol or hydrogen oxide, It just stays the way it is. No expiration date.

Q: Do I have to rinse my face after wiping? I need it on the go in between washing my face at home.

I think it would be best for your skin to add at least a light cream after the witch hazel but there is no need to wipe off the witch hazel. It cleans but without some type of cream your skin will become dry. Get a cream with a push down top and push a tiny bit on your hand on your way out and smooth it over your face as you leave. Don't bother with bottles and stuff. Takes too much time.

Q: How do these differ from the Hemoroidal pads which say 50% witch hazel? Can these be used safely for hemoroids?

Yes they can be used for discomfort pads from hemorrhoids. The pads are soothing & cool.

Q: What are the dimensions of the wipes?

I don't know about dimensions, but they remind me of baby wipes, if that helps you at all. This meaning not too small and not too big, just right size.
