While this Glutathione comes in capsule form, the recommended consumption method for maximum absorption is through sublingual (under the tongue) or buccal (between cheek and gum) administration. Twisting apart the capsule without losing some of the contents was difficult. I suggest that you do it over a dish or cup to catch what will likely fall out. The biggest downside to using these methods is that the powder in the capsule is sour/tart and the flavor is not masked by any added flavorings. The flavor is pretty strong, which makes it hard to take. It made my mouth water and feel a little hot and tingly. I took it this way for a few days, but then decided I would use it more consistently if I just swallowed the pill. This made it easier to take. Oh, for sublingual and buccal methods, the instructions don't say how long to hold it there. I held it for maybe 20 to 30 seconds, until the granules dissolved, and then due to the flavor I needed to swallow. I’ve used Liposomal Glutathione in the past and I believe in the benefits of Glutathione supplementation in helping reverse oxidative stress in the body. I was intrigued that this supplement claims to have greater bioavailability vs other types. It's hard to know how effective any supplement is, but my guess is that the sublingual and buccal delivery also makes this more quickly/easily absorbed vs oral administration. I like that this also has added magnesium.I haven't found that I feel any different since taking this, but I didn't notice anything when I took Liposomal Glutathione either. In general, I often don't notice the effects of supplementation for a while, if at all... and if I do, it's usually subtle. I'll continue to take for the 60 days and will likely reorder since I believe in the benefits in general and the enhanced formulation and delivery system of this product.

This is one of the newer antioxidants that most folks don't consider when they think of supplementation. I found these easy on the stomach and they seem to be a good addition to my supplement routine. Time will tell if they make a major difference but for now they appear to work.
