Works!
The smell isn’t the best I agree but this works really well!! I’ve been using this religiously twice a day for two weeks and saw a major difference in how my legs felt and appeared. It’s nice and thick. I wish they offered it in a larger size.I also changed some of my soaps but started to use this first and noticed a change in the appearance and texture of my skin. With age and hormones and who knows what else the skin on my legs started to become so bumpy! See pictures below. I’ve been using this product twice a day for three weeks now. Some times I put it in three times a day.

It works
Yes it does smell bad and it’s thick but this product is so strong within days it made my kp bumps smooth and they’re also going down I never treated my kp bumps and it just amazes me how quick my kp bumps are going down I’ve always been insecure because kp affects my whole arm so this is definitely a great purchase I made

It works but it does not smell good
I did use the product for a couple of weeks it did seem to diminish my redness in the arms, my only complaint is the smell. It is very unpleasant to put the product in during the day since the smell is overwhelming, it smells like brown sugar, but not in a good way. I also could not go to sleep with the product because it would get all over the sheets. It could use a little perfume, but overall would recommend strictly for its effectiveness and value for money.

Very Effective
I’ve barely started using this lotion and have already seen results. A dermatologist suggested I get something with lactic acid and this is what I thought would work best. Currently very happy with it and I hope that contributes to be the case. The lotion goes on nicely and is unscented, which I appreciate.

Severe KP on arms! Smoother skin, but still red - 2 WEEK REVIEW
EDIT: 3/29/24 - I gave up!I stopped using this about 2 weeks ago. I used this very consistently for about 9 weeks with absolutely no difference in the redness on my arms, which was my biggest reason for trying this. I gave up. I still have a decent amount of product left in the bottle, so if it works for you, it should last a while. I've come to the conclusion that lactic acid based products do not work for me. I've since started using retinol cream and Selsun Blue on my arms (google it).~I've had KP for about 10 years. It's been bad the past 7 or so years. They say it goes away in your late 20s/early 30s, but I'll be 34 this year and it's just getting worse. I've tried SO many things and decided to give this a try bc its affordable. First off, it is TTTTHICK and does indeed smell like maple syrup. The smell isn't off-putting to me, and it does go away, but that is the initial scent. Much better than some of the other KP lotions I've tried so smelling like pancakes for 15 mins is no biggie. My worst KP is on my arms (bumpy and VERY red). The redness is the worst part for me. For years, I've put makeup on my arms before big events and I've tried to cover my arms when possible bc its embarrassing and I'm very self-conscious about it. I've been using this for 2 weeks. My skin is noticeably softer, less bumps but the redness hasn't changed at all. I do use exfoliating gloves in the shower and I put this on my arms immediately after showering (on damp skin for better absorption). I've always exfoliated using other brand lotions as well and got similar results. Again, the redness is my biggest issue and so far, in 2 weeks, no change yet. I'm very consistent, using twice per day, everyday. I'll update this if the redness changes.Overall, if bumps are your main problem, give this a try. Its more affordable than other brands and with exfoliating, you will see less bumps quickly.

Love this SO much
I ordered this smaller tube to see if it lives up to the hype and it does!! This stuff is kinda pricy, really thick, and doesn’t smell all that great* going on BUT it makes my skin SO flippin’ soft!! The KP bumps start to go away after just a few uses and honestly I don’t think my skin has ever felt this soft. I’ve already ordered a bigger bottle.* the scent isn’t terrible… just different (not feminine). However it doesn’t last. Once I put the lotion on and it soaks in, the scent is gone - it doesn’t stay with you.

Used it for bumps from rosacea
A YouTube dermatologist I think it is Dr Dray...recommended this. Previously I had gone to a non-insurance dermatologist for laser removal of rosacea bumps (didn't work the 2nd time) and I had gotten a tiny sample of lactic acid. I have redness from rosacea but the BUMPS ugh were getting worse!!! I looked like a teenager with bad acne and I am 62 but I used it anyway and the bumps were mostly gone. Then I watched a Dr. Dray video (she has 100s I don't remember what it was for) and she like others said that perhaps lactic acid could be irritating for rosacea sufferers and I think she was recommending this for bumps on the body, forgot what they are called. ANWAY, aye this long review... my little sample ran out and I saw that this had lactic acid so I tried it! I have had no signs of irritation and MY BUMPS ARE ALL GONE, except for any near my eyes because it says do not use it there. I have some bumps from the heat and glasses, not rosacea. My skin not only has no rosacea bumps but it feels smooth and moisturized. I then used it on the bumps on my arms which is what it is intended for, and yes it absolutely works. I hope they never discontinue it because that happens so often for all my favorite products...knock on wood. I don't use it every day. I use something for rosacea redness on most days. I think it is called Rosalyn or something like that. Sorry for the length!
