I have been using this oven for six months, and I Love it!I live in a small space, which is why I chose this one. I have seen that some people don't like the dials, but every new toaster oven has a learning curve for temperature. I use it almost every day, and love that I can air fry with a window, and light. It has a proper insulated oven door instead of just a piece of glass open on the sides. Easy to clean as well. Can you tell I love this thing lol!

Notice most of the reviews reference a newly-purchased product... It worked pretty great for ten months, and then it stopped getting hot.EDIT: Customer support was very helpful. Yes, the original unit didn't last very long. But they replaced it at half price, which I appreciate. If the new unit dies, I will update again, but I appreciate the company for working with me. Aside from the issue with my first one dying, I really do like this item, both functionally and aesthetically.

Easy to use and cooks food very well. Saves time and is a nice design. Simple to clean and small footprint. The size and functionality make it a stellar choice for me. Quality and value is very good. Food is cooked properly. I use it frequently.

Love this oven so much

Works and looks great. There isn't anything I haven't tried to make it in, and everything comes out looking and tasting great.The only thing is the handle broke off during shipping.

Very low quality evident in construction. The "gold" oven handle and knobs are really plastic with the pour lines of the plastic mold visible. I returned it before even trying to use it. I didn't want it to melt on me or leach poisonous Chinese plastic into my food. I bought it because it was cute, but I think I'd rather go with a non toxic plain one than one that feels like a doll house toy.

I’m still figuring it out, but so far I’m very happy. My salmon dishes are especially nice cooked in this air fryer.
