Surprisingly effective
I was super skeptical, but it worked like a charm on the dust cover of my old record player. A couple of the bigger scratches are still there, but much less noticeable.

I was skeptical if it was going to remove scratches.
Boy, was I (or, some of the reviews) were wrong. The dust cover on my Technics SL-1200MK2 was badly scratched. This is typical due to its age. After researching numerous products, and reading reviews, I settled on this.I read the instructions on each bottle (they do differ slightly), and then started on the journey. After the first whole application, I was amazed! There were a few scratches I missed, so I went over the dust cover again. Much better. If you are on the fence, this does work wonders for turntable dust covers. YMMV since it didn’t work for others.Enough blabber. Onto the before/after photos. I was thinking on labeling them . . . It wasn’t necessary. 🤣

Worked better than anticipated
The windshield on my Piaggio scooter was pretty scratched up in some areas, due to plants it hits as I scoot by to get into the back of my driveway. Thought I’d give this a shot, because the cost of this beats the cost buying a whole new windshield by a very long shot. I got the smaller sizes because I felt the larger sizes would last me until the sun red giants and fries the planet. (Turns out to have been a good decision. A little goes a long way.) Anyway, I skeptically applied the #2 light scratch to a small area and noticed that a goodly number of the scratches vanished. Not all the scratches, mind you, but a goodly amount. Then I applied the #3 heavy scratch to the tougher scratches. Again, a number of them came out after applying the #3, then the #2, then the #1 as directed. However, there was still a couple stubborn scratches that refused to come out, even after several applications to the area. So, there will always be some scratches that will remain beyond the pale. Just know that this isn’t some miracle elixir that will magically remove all really deep scratches. But, I really wasn’t expecting any magical qualities, so overall, I was pleased with the results. The windshield looks better than when I started: something that I can’t say about myself. So, my suggestion is to not get any scratches on your windshield in the first place if you want an entirely pristine viewing experience. Failing that, this is not the perfect “not get any scratches at all in the first place” solution, but it worked good enough to make me happy.

Must try yourself to believe!
This stuff is truly amazing how well it works! My dash gauge cluster lens had chemical burn spots all over it and novus #2 polished them out almost all the way.

Ehh, I'm not convinced
I have found this kit to be nearly useless. I have tried to remove a range of scratches, from light to heavy, in various suitable materials. But, so far it has not been effective for that. All I've been able to do is successfully polish surfaces, which tends to make scratches even more apparent.I wouldn't buy this set again.Yes, I followed all the instructions.

The answer to any collector who wants to restore old toy collectables
I'm going to review this product from an application many have not used in these reviews, but I imagine many have come here hoping they had - restoration of toy plastic. I purchased this product with the intent to restore an old Kenner Batmobile (Batmissile) vehicle. It had a number of quite visible scratches and blemishes on the vehicle including one spot where I had tried to wet sand it leaving a ugly haze of scratches effectively ruining the sheen. So this product had allot cut out for it in terms of making this vehicle look good again.I hate saying this because I sound like a damn info commercial but this stuff is miraculous. Between the number 3 and number 2 applications I completely removed every scratch and blemish on this car. And I do mean EVERY SINGLE SCRATCH including that haze of scratches I left from using a abrasive pad on the surface. It looks better than brand new. But there's something missing in these ads for the product that you need to know if you want to make this stuff work at its utmost best - Elbow grease and multiple applications. These scratches took some effort getting there so it took some effort getting them out. I had to go over the hood portion three times with the #3 solution and then start buffing with #2 before I saw definitive results. If you think you're going to get there like your wiping a window, you're mistaken. And I imagine some of the people disappointed here were led to believe that's all that was needed. Not so. Think about it like you're buffing your car. You have to apply some pressure and do some serious rubbing until it dries then repeat. Use a cloth for each tube. Do not use the same one for multiple bottles. #3 takes down the deep scratches while #2 works on the surface ones. #1 is a cleaning agent to finalize the process and remove any residual application.I even took an old GI Joe windshield from an Adventure Team helicopter that was scratched and weathered and restored it to like new. This stuff works folks, but you HAVE to put some work into them. Now like anything, common sense has to be applied here. If you have a half inch cut in plastic, you're not going to "wipe" that away. But if its something on the surface that even leaves a bit of texture to the touch, this will take it off and leave a beautiful sheen afterwords. It's great stuff and I'm going to start using it on all my old Mego vehicles and essentially anything that fits the bill of being worn out plastic. So if you have old plastic collectible toys that have these problems? THIS is your stuff. It will restore them to like-new condition and I NEVER thought I could say that about any product. Give it a try and remember to put some elbow grease into it. You'll get the results you're looking for.

Leave a Haze, didn't really remove the scratches.
I bought this to remove scratches on the firing of my ATV, decided for this because there is a picture of a utility tractor on the ad, so I figured plastic is plastic after all, the scratches were fine but can be felt when I slide my nail on them, I didn't want to go with a car product because I was afraid of causing more damage. Applied first the heavy scratch polisher, then the fine one, ended up with the same scratches but with a haze/dull finish that couldn't be removed either by hand or machine. Ended up using 3M car products to restore the plastics but still can see some hazing when I looks from an angle. I'm not happy with this products, the hard scratch looks like 3M buffering/rubbing compound, the fine looks like 3M polishing compound and is missing the 3rd that is the finishing compound. the cleaner is just a solution of water and some sort of silicone, didn't clean the haze or the surfaces. I don't recommend this product at least for vehicle/ATV plastics.
