I own a Lava Heat Italia Capri patio heater that is connected to natural gas. The burner became old and unusable. As many people have noted on Amazon, Lava Heat Italia has the worst customer service on the planet Earth, so I refuse to do business with them.I was thinking of buying a new natural gas heater (there are not a lot of choices as most patio heaters run on propane). But then I stumbled upon this replacement burner. I could not be sure if this replacement burner would fit, but the 3-bolt connection aligned perfectly with my 7-year-old Lava Heat Italia patio heater. The replacement burner works great. Can I give it 6 stars instead of only 5?A problem with this burner is that the flame is not centered exactly for the glass tube on my Lava Heat Italia patio heater (see pic). This is because the burner 'sits back' a couple inches further. Another problem is that when I put the burner on the highest setting, the flame goes up the glass tube only about halfway. I want it to go all the way to the top (the tube is about 41"). I have contacted customer service for my new replacement burner and hopefully they can suggest a fix.Please note: This replacement burner comes with a regulator (see last pic) that apparently converts the natural gas connection to propane. I removed the regulator (you simply unscrew it) because my patio heater runs on natural gas.

I purchased this replacement burner to go in an older square AZ Torch Style Heater. The original burner, unfortunately, is no longer available. After numerous hours of searching for the original, I concluded that it was no longer available. I took a chance and ordered this one. The original burner had 3 holes for mounting (2 in the rear of the burner and 1 in the front of the burner). This replacement burner does not have the one hole in the front. However, it can still be mounted using the rear two bolts only. My main concern was that the actual burner alignment under the glass tube be the same, which it was. I mounted the replacement using the 2 bolts without the front bolt. It works fine. However, it is not quite as secure as the original, but I don't see any problem with it. I would definitely caution against trying to move the heater while the burner is lit, which was always the case even with the original burner. The height of the flame is exactly the same as with the original burner. This is the only solution I could find for a replacement. So far, I am very pleased.

I used this as a replacement for a stainless steel pyramid heater I bought about 3 years ago. It fits perfectly with 3 screws and very easy installation. It started right up wit no issues at all.

Works perfectly - did not come with mounting screws or a battery.

Fantastic fit and glad to have purchased as a replacement for my heater. Easy installation albeit I had a friend do that gif me. Heater now functioning for the Fall season.
