It’s good I looked at a video and it took maybe a 2hrs could’ve took shorter but I actually never did this before and it took a while to find the pin for the CarPlay but it was 0000 as default in case anybody else was planning on using CarPlay but overall I like it

Install was ok. Most features work. Navigation is a bit clunky but works. Radio is good. I bought the unit for adding backup camera, navigation and hands free calling. Unfortunately the Bluetooth hands free calling is very slow with the voice transmission and makes this feature useless for conversations. I tried early on to work with the seller to get it fixed but after a while just lost interest putting time in fixing stuff that should work in the first place. It seems to be more of a hassle and expense to return the unit now so I will most likely throw it away and get a better quality unit.

You know when you get something that's obviously from china based on the instructions you get with it? Super poorly translated? Very difficult to understand? Or words thrown in for no reason?THE ENTIRE RADIO IS LIKE THISIt has some sort of custom android operating system that was so poorly designed, every menu you get into is impossible to understand. The radio icon has googly eyes on it like.... Seriously? This thing is terrible. The fitment is horrible, the touch screen freezes, and the A/C controls are permanent, so unless you had electric A/C controls, the controls on the radio are a literal waste of screen space. Do not get this thing, it's horrible. This radio is an absolute joke.... I had it in my car for about 30 minutes playing with it before I ripped it back out and installed the stock Microsoft SYNC radio.EDIT: I initiated a return and the seller messaged me, trying to figure out what went wrong. They seemed really interested in wanting to make this right, and have even offered to send me another radio... They've been really responsive with me, so they seem to really care.EDIT EDIT: They sent me a new radio and the fitment was alot better. It's also running on a newer version of android and the skin they put on it is fairly decent. The screen however is the biggest issue. Sitting in the driver's seat, looking at the radio, the angle of it makes it fairly difficult to read, and you can actually see the reflection of the sky against the screen. Additionally, the type of screen, an LCD, is meant to be viewed at only from certain angles, thus it appears to be quite dark. Take an old calculator and tilt the screen up away from you, you'll see what I mean. The radio's 4-way directional button is also fake, which was quite disappointing. The radio is fairly decent though so that's nice though. Still better than MiCrOsOfT SyNc....

UPDATEAfter the sales company contacted me, I was able to get all problems fixed. The manufacturer provided me with the installation video and a chart of where each cable needs to be connected. After studying the material, I was able to fix every issue listed below. Honestly I would give this product 5 stars if it wasn't for the issues that I encountered while installing this item.Initial problems //I installed this product to my Ford focus not long ago. Right away I noticed that only the hazard lights button and the lock button worked. The other 3 buttons did not work at all. I even rechecked all the wiring to make sure that everything was in good order. No changeThe time zone is set to a different country time zone and there is no way to change the time on the system. Also the system did not come with a clear installation guide so I had to find a video on YouTube in order to install it.Lastly the backup camera that came with it does not work. All in all a waste of money.///

It is a great product it was so easy to install and it has so many features and backup cameras works great

I bought one of these head units a while back.... couldn't get the damn thing to turn on or operate my hazards/locks so I returned it and got a new one... i assumed this would fix it... I also got really busy so ended up forgetting to return the first one... so I now have 2 of these damn things that don't work... That bit is my fault though... anyway, I see in one of the product pics it has a small connector connected to where the lock/haz buttons are looking like it should adapt from that to the car... But I do not have that connector anywhere, unfortunately... IDK if I am supposed to buy it separately or they didn't send it, either way frustrating... two is I have one very large connector with the flip lock that does not fit in any of my adapters from the kit... or the mid-size connector that is supposed to lock into a connector by flipping as well.. cant find either.... I installed it and connected the battery, but neither the lock buttons nor the radio are working or even turning on :/. Juust to be clear, If this is me missing something, I am more than happy to learn how to fix it and give you a 5 star...

Update: merchant reached out to me and provided manual for radio.Time is set in a different countries time zone. No manual with purchase. Unable to find a manual online. Unable to update time to correct time zone.

I will probably be returning this radio. Mirror link is really outdated and I can't get any wifi networks to show up?
