Faulty battery, but Cybex pulled through
I was hesitant at first, because this E-Priam was suspiciously cheap. I purchased the True Red colour, as it was the only colour left. It arrived, brand new unopened box. I charged the battery and it never worked at all. I called cybex USA the same day. They got me to email them proof of purchase. They shipped out a new battery the same day, and it arrived to me in Florida 2 days later. The new battery works perfectly. Considering the low price, I am very satisfied. The service from Cybex USA was perfect. Given this is the older version of the E-priam, its no surprise the battery was faulty, its been sitting on a shelf for 2 - 4 years. We bought a separate seat pack in black, as the wife doesnt like the red.

Extremely Disappointed: Cybex e-Priam Complete Stroller Fails Again with Replacement
I recently purchased the Cybex e-Priam Complete Stroller with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon its arrival, the stroller was completely dead, rendering it unusable right out of the box. I was extremely frustrated and taken aback by the lack of quality control in such an expensive product.First and foremost, the stroller's battery was completely drained, which left me unable to even test its functions. It's worth noting that I followed all the instructions provided for charging the battery, so this issue was clearly a manufacturing defect. The worst is that I requested a replacement. However, the process was excruciatingly slow, taking another week for the replacement to arrive. To my dismay, the battery was once again completely drained, leaving me dumbfounded and frustrated.

My hill is my nemesis
The media could not be loaded. We moved to a brand new house on the top of a hill. It’s not a giant slope, but we do have to deal with it daily to walk the dog, go to the mailbox (of course it is down the hill), and such. Our walks always start going down and end going up. I was struggling specially with the going up part at the end of the walk.First I tried a jogging stroller. The big air tires make it easy to go up and down the hill, but I was not completely satisfied, so I got this stroller with electric assist as well.I was expecting a huge difference going up. It’s just a small difference (compared to the jogging stroller - it is literally a mountain of difference if you compare to a regular full size baby stroller though). And, honestly, I’m not sure if going up with the jogging stroller is any worse than that. It’s about the same effort basically. I feel that this stroller works better at a straight incline (like in the video). Our hill starts just slightly inclined and then becomes steep at the end. I feel like it kind of keeps the same amount of assistance from bottom to top, so it seems to work better in constant hills. Now for going down it actually helps a lot, it slows down to the point that it would be safe even if you accidentally let go off the stroller. Sometimes it’s too slow though, so I would rather just use the wrist strap when going down, with the electric assist turned off.One feature that I was not expecting to use but was a pleasantly surprised is the rocking mode on the app. It can actually rock my 1 year old to sleep! The stroller seat lays near flat, which is great.Assembling it was not as straightforward as I think it should be. While I appreciate the attempt of using universal design principles for the instructions manual (no text, just images, which means it works in any language, amazing!), I wish it had a bit more instructions next to some of the pics. The good news is that you only have to assemble it once.Anyway, it’s not the perfect solution as I hoped to go up our hill. But it is a nice stroller overall. Here’s my pro / con list:ProsIt’s such a pretty strollerHuge extendable canopyNice sized basketCan be folded with seatSafety strap on the handlebar (and adjustable handlebar)Slows down for going downRocking modeConsNot so great going upSometimes you have to turn it on and turn it off several times until it “connects”, that red light is so annoyingThe cup holder position is weird, too low for parent, too high for baby.Folding is weird and not as straightforward as other strollers I ownedYou can’t add a rider board or anything else for a second kidAssembling is harder than it should beMy overall assessment is that it is a pretty full size stroller, that is fully functional even if you keep the motor turned off. So if you’re thinking between the Priam and the e-Priam, just go for it. But if you need it for going up and down hills, you might want to look at a jogging stroller as a possible solution as well.

Check battery before you put together
My stroller never turned on. It did not work since it was taken out of the box. After I put the stroller together and realized it didn’t work, I contacted Amazon who was no help at all and told them the stroller did not work and I want a replacement battery. I was told to take the stroller apart and send it back then reorder another stroller because they are unable to replace just the battery. If you’re spending over $1000 on an item I would recommend you buy directly from the manufacturer.

Battery is not working
We bought it for our baby, which every parents buying such things with full of hope and wishes. But when we receive it we disappointed. its battery is not working. If its battery is not working it is old model of cybex priam 3. if i wish to buy priam, I`d buy it. but I payed more to buy e priam. unfortunately we can use cybex app, or we can not use this stroller as we wish.I could not return it because I brought it to Istanbul.but if someone wants to buy it do not take it out of state before checking the battery. I took it to electronics service for repair. we tried to charge the battery with outsource. but battery could not stay charged. when they measured it shows 40w in 3 seconds it goes down to 1-2w.not good at all that I can check other specific properties of e priam.

Good quality
Very nice quality, easy to assemble. The phone commands work well. The only thing I will say is that it’s just not that practical. I find myself more often doing all the rocking & walking myself anyways. Wish I would’ve put my money somewhere that I would’ve gotten more use out of. But the features do work well!! I just never need them.

perfect if you go HILLS
i'm using this stroller for over an year and am STILL happy. that says a lot.The company offers great service for lost or damaged pieces. even if it was just past the year garantee.true to other reviews, the only con is its weight. But it's not THAT heavy. I can lift it without help. If I need a stroller to take along in the car just to have a place to sit my baby in, I'll take a lighter one. But for walking and local buses it's perfect. I can walk with a straight back up the pebble path to my home with this cadilac of a pram.I also turn it on when going down that steep pebble path, so in case I slip and let go of the carriage, the wheels stop turning. All in all, safe, pretty, comfy, and practical.
