Powerful mini capture device
I use this device to record from external sources (e.g., rPI, console, etc.) in OBS. It's super useful. The picture quality is excellent, and there is no lag. It's worth every penny.

Amazing!
For how cheap it was, I wasn’t expecting much at all, but I am blown away by the device as I was expecting it to have a long tedious set up, and I was completely wrong! As soon as I plugged it in and loaded TikTok Studio and added “capture card” source and it was instantly on screen in all its glory!Perfect for TikTok livestreams 👌

Very good capture device for the price!
The media could not be loaded. Works very good with my Xbox 360! The video is fairly clear, and sound comes through perfectly fine. It was really easy to set up, I didn't have to download any drivers or software (other than OBS which I used to actually see the gameplay, but you can use the Windows Camera app, or any app that uses a webcam/camera as an input) The only downside that I can find is that it doesn't seem to record at 60hz/fps as the product description advertises. It seems locked to 30hz in all recordings.

Oh Dear...
Others report good results with this card - but I've tried every configuration i can think of but no result - plugged into a Full Speed USB 3.2 port (and various others) USB Tree Viewer sees this as a device, but still nothingOBS refuses to see this as video source - I've tried most different orders of Apply Power / Connect HDMI / Reboot Machine, but still no luck! Some have mentioned the supplied lead seems a little thin to supply this boxes 22 watt power draw - I tried a thicker lead - still nothing - HELP!Will update later if i get this to work!!Suspected a USB Power issue (this box takes 22 watts) but I've unplugged most every USB device, no luck!Happy do do some Debug/Testing with the Supplier-Manufacturers - I WANT MY PICTURES!Ah well - had to return, so don't know if it was defective box or what - from what I read, cheap video transfer CAN work, but its a bit shaky - you might be better saving up for Elgato or Blackmagic?

Sturdy box which works without issues (macOS, Raspberry Pi 4, 5)
Pops up as a webcam with the MiraBox Capture name. In ffmpeg you have 2 formats mjpeg and raw yuyv422. Minimal latency on the USB capture but not an issue for my use case and won't affect the recording of gameplay or live camera feeds. The metal box keeps cool with extended use and should act as a heatsink. Recommended as a low cost HD1080 capture card with 4K passthrough. Tip; use a good quality USB 3 rated cable, the supplied USB A to USB A works and is roughly 1m in length. Useful box to add to your AV toolbox.

Good For Beginers
This is really good for begginers and works well, the audio and picture quality is not the best but it is a good starting capture card.
