Great keyboard with features on top of features
This has honestly got to be one of my best purchases from Amazon. Given I have hundreds, that means a lot. So that I don't end up rambling about why I like this keyboard, I'll sum it up with some bullet points...- High quality build- Great responsiveness from keys and trackpad- Cool and unique design (the photos don't do it justice even though it looks good there too)- Easy to type on due to the streamlined design- Zero issues with Bluetooth and never had to go back and restart the Bluetooth connection through the settings- Switching from the dongle to the 2 Bluetooth (and vice versa) is easy and has quick responsiveness (with some understandable delay in time to register)- Amazing customer supportTwo small things that would make this great device even better is if there were backlight options and if the keys could be quieter. The second might have more to do with induvial user's experiences but the option to have lights or none at all would likely make for an even better keyboard.

Nice USB Keyboard with a lot of decent features and 1 (maybe 2) annoying issues
I use the keyboard with both Windows and Android machines. With the option for (2) Bluetooth connections and a USB dongle connection methods are plentiful. I can use it with (2) devices at once, switching back and forth. Bluetooth is known to be finicky but this one seems to disconnect way less than most. It's rechargeable and a bit smaller than average, although I do have smaller and lighter "hand size" models. I wanted something larger I could set on a desk or table top. For the most part it's a standard key layout about the size of a laptop keyboard, so if you're used to that your golden. The charge itself seems to last. I think I charge it about every 2 months with 1-2 hours a day, most days use. A manual On/Off switch is nice for when you know you're going to be gone for a while. Now the annoying:There are two annoyances actually, but one issue a lot of other "portable" keyboards also have - I haven't found a way to turn off "Tap to Click". (Even in Registry.) This is a feature I REALLY don't like to use. It's too easy to fumble with a keyboard your holding, accidentally hit the touchpad, and trigger something. This issue is often a problem caused by the drivers though, and this keyboard uses the standard Windows driver which has this same problem with a lot of other touchpads. The second annoyance deals with the "sleep" mode the keyboard goes into for power saving. Without seeing any actual times listed anywhere, I'd say that after about 60-120 second of complete inactivity the keyboard goes to sleep. Hitting a key will wake it back up and register the second keystroke provided you give it about 1/2 a second. However using the touchpad, or the touchpad buttons, does not wake up my keyboard. I either need to hit a keyboard button or I need to hit the Bluetooth sync button again to get the touchpad and buttons to wake from sleep. I don't know of any way to fix this problem. I kind of hope the manufacturer sees this and maybe there is some firmware update that can be done.

Great product and excellent customer service!
Update - This is a great seller! They reached out to me and offered to replace the keyboard when I had a problem and I don't even have to send back the original. I've updated my review to reflect the excellent customer service. Mistakes are inevitable in life but how we handle them is what makes the quality of our character. Buy with confidence from these people. They'll take care if you if anything goes wrong. The keyboard is great for typing and I like the track pad a lot for when I'm composing music on piano across the room from my computer and a mouse is inconvenient. The track pad is a little small for long periods of use but it's great for when a mouse would be one too many devices taking up space. It's great if you're using a tablet or phone, for instance. The size of the track pad is a trade off between usability and form factor and I think the designers hit a sweet spot between the two. Having full sized keys to type with is more important to me than a larger track pad and the keys work well enough for my purposes to do quite a bit of typing on. If you need a keyboard with track pad built in, this is a good choice!*******Original reviewThe keyboard I received only works in WiFi mode. According to the Windows Bluetooth dialogue, the device pairs and connects but the PC doesn't actually receive any input from it when in bt mode. It only receives input when using the WiFi dongle. I really need the Bluetooth feature for when I'm working at a greater distance from the PC. Return on this is a pain too because I can't just drop it off at UPS. I have to find a box, package it, and print the label myself. Not a huge deal but more of a pain than I want to mess with. Disappointed all around.Other than that, it's a nice keyboard, good clicky keys, metal body, doesn't slide around on your desk.Gave two stars because it would be great if the Bluetooth option actually worked.
