Our water is very hard and have used a water filter for years but always having to replace because of hard crusting on the top of the jugs. Now with this new jug we don't have this problem and where I thought before we were getting good filtered water I'm amazed how much clearer the water is and nicer to drink. I'm even considering using the new filtered water to wash my hair because hard water is bad for the condition of my hair!

I recently purchased the Waterdrop Chubby Water Filter Jug and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! Not only does it effectively clean the water from the pesky chlorine smell and other impurities, but its design is also aesthetically pleasing. The inclusion of four filters in the package offers great value for the price. Its 3.5L capacity is just the right size, perfect for providing a couple of litres of pure, clean water. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable and stylish water filtering solution.

Good quality easy to set up holds the most amount of water and fills really fast.

Love this water jug and filter last for 3 months with indicator, produces great tasting water. Noticeable "water" marks on coffee machine and plants seem to love it. HOWEVER, the filter cartridge cannot be recycled. My local council (Tower Hamlets) suggest to take to Robert Dyas, Tesco and Sainsburys but when research further, those only apply to Brita products. I've contacted Waterdrop customer service, they currently don't have a recycling program but suggest to follow the local council recycling program and gave instructions to take it apart if local program supports such recycling. For that, i'm generous and deduct only 1 star. If anyone has recycling tips, please do share.

In my opinion this is the best water jug out there. It takes lots of water, filters through quickly and best of all it looks nice out on the side.

Absolutely brill, can be heavy when full to put in fridge but well worth it for very clean water.

This is a great filter and very easy to use but unsure of when to change the filter.

Amazing taking water, so quick to filter and the filters last forever. 3 months in and still going. Love the easy filler flap and filter indication also.
