Works like a dream
Better than what I thought it would be. Heats quick and cooks even. Almost no noise while running. Would happily recommend to others. Thank you for an amazing appliance.

Minus 10 Stars
It is terrible .The knobs to use it is like a secret code that the instructions you can't even understand the burners take forever to get hot or boil water forget it if you want to boil more the a cup and a half. You can't even use burners and oven at the same time. Have to put both burners on to get even hot. Then you can't use the top rack to broil anything because of the rotisserie. Component. I had a toaster oven I bought at a second hand store for five dollars that worked better then this oven I had for five years I gave away because my daughter said get another one and when I seen this one with the burners I thought this would be great I should of sent it back but I stupidity thrown the box out. I wouldn't pay $2.00 for this if I ever seen it in a store rather then a second hand store. Just skip it don't even purchase it. I would give it 10 minus stars if I rated it.

5 stars for oven, 1 star for hot plates
We bought this to use in our basement while we were remodeling the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the oven is! It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is pretty roomy. Some 9x13” pans fit inside but not all. We have made dinners, pizzas (small-medium size), cookies, and even a birthday cake. It’s great for heating up leftovers. I give the oven 5 stars!BUT...the hot plates are worthless. They just don’t get hot enough. You can technically cook on them but it takes forever. And don’t plan to boil on them. I placed some water on to boil for pasta salad and in the time it took to get to 212* I was able to make Mexican rice in my rice cooker, make black beans from scratch in my instant pot, prep all of my fruits and veggies for the week, get everything else ready for the pasta salad, and do all of the dishes. Then, even though it got to 212, it still didn’t boil. I gave up and threw the pasta in. It did cook but seriously took a ridiculous time. The hot plates only get 1 star because they are useless. Also, the controls are very strange and the instruction book doesn’t really give enough info on how to operate it. There was a lot of experimentation. If I had to live with this much longer I would have to find a better alternative to the hot plates. It’s a great oven though.

Nice unit
I have used many of these types of oven over the years and the best feature for this one is the top burners. Very convenient for use in my RV. Even though you can't used both the oven and the burners (way too many watts required for that) you can start the oven and let it warm up, then switch to the burners, cook whatever and use the oven as a warmer, especially on cooler days at camp. Other features I like is the ability to only use the upper or lower elements for cooking. Sometimes I just want to broil. I bought an aluminum grill top for use on the burners. This turns it into a grill also. What I don't like is more of a design flaw. The rotisserie connections inside the oven are in the way of the groove for the top most rack. I have to shove the rack in if I want to broil something close to the elements. Overall, although this oven is not as large as my other ones, it is perfect for my RV.
