Works with my Senville Leto series mini split. I had teouble making the senville app work with the senville usb. This one worked perfectly and connected roght away. Full Senville app functionality now.

I'm writing this review to answer a question that I had about this device, given that the list of compatible mini splits does NOT include the Cooper Hunter One-Way Ceiling Cassette.After reading the manual for my ceiling units, I noticed it does include instructions on installing the Smart Adapter, so I took the one I had in a Sophia wall unit and connected it - sure enough it popped right up on the app.I just installed 3 more in each of the other ceiling units in my house, within 5 minutes all three were connected to the app.So, in case anyone is wondering, these smart adapters 100% work in the Cooper Hunter One-Way Ceiling Cassette. It seems like the compatibility list has not been updated with these units, but they do.

If you have been trying to find a Pioneer Brand Wi-Fi Remote Monitoring and Control Device to control your split unit via as smart phone but are finding it's sold out everywhere, I recommend this one. Open box, download app from Cooper & Hunter via QR Code. Open panel for split unit and look at the underside of the panel on the left. The slot for the USB device is hard to miss and the dongle can only slot correctly one way. You will feel it click. Close the panel and ask app (you will need to have set up an account) search. It found mine immediately and added it in seconds. The only thing I needed to do was log in to local router and I changed the name of the AC unit in the app. Simple. After that I could immediately control all the functions of the AC unit. No need to press and hold anything on the remote. Total set up. Less than 5mins. Once installed the USB to controlling the unit by smart phone (assuming you've set up an account on the app first), less than 60 secoonds

Bought three of these to fit into my triple zone cooper and hunter mini split. I have the Olivia series, which from my understanding is their latest models, so its nice to see that these work. Installation does take a screwdriver and a few moments of your time but in reality you just plug them into the USB port on your indoor minisplit unit and they are immediately discoverable in the app.I recommend that you use the NetHome Plus app rather than the cooper and hunter. It is the exact same application and compatibility, but nethome plus will work with smart home assistants like google or alexa.The dongles just took a few moments to pair up and have had a rock solid connection to my internet. No complaints at all since now I can remotely turn them on or off in anticipation of when I'll be home.If I had a negative to mention, its that you need 1 dongle per indoor minisplit unit, so expect to pay up if you have a lot of zones.

Works just fine with Pioneer Wys. Just download NetHome Plus, press led button until AF starts flashingOn unit. Pick add device, let it search for your unit and select it. Then login to your WiFi. That’s all.Note that on your phone you must be on a 2.4 channel when you set up.After you can be on whatever channel like 5g. Also found that you can not use a router that mixes allChannels. You must have a dedicated 2.4

Works great with my Bosch climate 5000 series heat pump. I used the NetHome plus app as others have stated because it allows the use of Alexa, Google, Siri etc. It's exaxtly the came app as the C&H but I couldn't get the C&H app to connect to Alexa. Now I just simply ask Alexa to turn on/off the AC and also use the Alexa scheduling. The connectivity was straight forward.

The QR code for the adapter had an error and was not able to add it manually. I called C&H tech support… I was provided minimal support. I called the next day I was greeted with an attitude and the phone disconnected. I will be returning 6 adaptors.

The wifi module was super simple to install. It connected to my network and the app without any fuss. It has worked flawlessly! Great add to this unit. We love the convenience and simplicity. Great product!
