I bought this book for my 9 year old who is about to take her First Communion. It is perfectly age appropriate for the "tween" years and targets the issues that our young girls face as they enter puberty, come into conflict with their parents and begin to doubt themselves. It is beautifully written in simple language and the devotionals are just the right length so that it doesn't become boring. A very good read and I am sure she will go back to this book over and over for inspiration and consolation in the coming years. Thank you!

My daughter 10 loved this book so much! She just finished it & asked for another. Gave her some confidence in her relationship with God & she highlighted a bunch of the recommended verses in her Bible.

A gift for my daughter. And when she saw it started to read right away. I scan some of the pages and it was appropriate for her age and at this time.

We bought this devotional in March for our 10 year old daughter. I waited until November to write the review to see how she liked it long term. She still loves reading and working through it every night! She hates to miss a night. We love how easy it is for her to read and work through on her own. The lessons are the perfect length, usually takes her about 10-15 minutes each night. I can see a difference in her understanding and application of God's Word on a daily basis. This is a great purchase!
