Great product for mobile projects and vehicle computer.

Not worth your time
We purchased this knowing it was refurbished, but assumed it would last at least a year. It only lasted 7 months and the computer tech couldn't even get into it. It completely died. NO more Dell for us! Would not waste your time.

Great shape for being second hand. Everything so far so good. Battery holds a change. Touch screen works,and styles.

Good except for battery
Seem like a fine laptop - very, very heavy because of protective case. Only problem so far has been the battery doesn't last long. Definitely not as long as promised.

Missing customer service, bad battery
The description of the product is supposed to be "Excellent" condition, on the description it says the battery can last up to 12 hours, actually only last 1 hour or less.Submitted a ticket to the seller and 2 emails not responded.

Did not meet my expectations!
Battery from 2017 worn out. Held very little charge. CMOS battery as well as the 5414 would not keep Date and Time. The Dell 5414 is an awesome fully featured Rugged Laptop by design.
