Q: What is the Country of origin / Where is it manufactured?

Nameplate says "Made in China". I purchased it July 27,2020 and haven't had any problems. I use it for home use and occasional work use.

Q: are these dimensions 26.4" tall, 15.4" long (left to to right)and 14.6" wide (front to back)?

The dimensions for the 100M are 26.38"H x 15.38"W (left to right) x 14.56"D (front to back)

Q: My last shredder malfunctioned after shredding a newer credit card ( security chip ). Can this shredder handle that type of card?

Yes. Definitely handles credit cards
