Bassetts Sherbert Lemons 192g (3 Pack)

Great sherbet lemons. I've tried a couple of different brands, and I've found these to be the best. They're a little pricey, but well worth it. So much better than the plain old "lemon drops" we have here in America. My mother was born in England, so I try British things from time to time, and these are definitely keepers.

These are my favorite candies. Expensive, yes, but with some discipline (and hiding them from my kids) I can make 3 bags of them last a long time. True, strong lemon flavor, nice fizz in the middle. I’ve also found that if I’m craving dessert but am trying to minimize calories, one of these babies after a meal often satisfies my sweet tooth enough to keep me going for something richer.

I hadn’t had these since we left England and had tried other candy supposed to be the same but wasn’t. This was a pleasant surprise as it actually does taste like it’s supposed to. Lemon hard candy with sherbet inside. I don’t think they use as much sherbet as they used to but it’s good. A little pricey but what isn’t these days.

If you love lemon flavor, these are great. Love the nubbed texture. Thought that there would be more lemon filling, but still very good. Much better than the average lemon drop.

Very enjoyable hard candies. The mild fizz from the center is a true delight and adds to the overall experience. I filled the candy bowl at work with these and people started hoarding them. Couldn't ask for a better compliment.

What the heck are in these things?? I feel like Albus Dumbledore when I eat these, and I have to eat like 16 at a time. I keep eating them until my tongue hurts because they’re so good
