Having suffered from persisted high-frequency tinnitus for nearly 3 years, my doctor suggested I try a speaker pillow to alleviate it. I didn’t want to spend too much, and this one looked just right.It’s not the most supportive - it’s gone a bit flat in the middle rather quickly - but I’ve never found myself trying to avoid the speaker inside it. There’s a generous length of cable too, and as someone who tucks a hand under the pillow I’m amazed but happy to report I’ve never tangled it.Sound-wise I am driving it from an Amazon Echo Dot with Clock, and the volume is relatively low - I don’t think it is designed to drive headphones so that’s fair. It is comfortable at volume 7, quite audible in a quiet room at volume 10, and at volume 2 I can detect a little subtle speech but not much bass from music. In part it lacks bass response anyway, but is fine for audiobooks, talk radio and sleep sounds type apps.It has helped. Not cured, no magic solution, but I am happier for having it and trying it, it distracts a little and seems to let me sleep for longer. I can’t recommend it as a fix, but I can definitely vouch for it being well enough made and comfortable enough to be worth a go, it’s not inconvenient, and it make help. If you just want to listen to music or radio, particularly if your phone has a 3.5mm jack and decent output, it should be great. There is an adaptor for iPhones without headphone jacks - it works well but feels a bit cheap and flimsy.For the price, five stars. Wired connection, fuss-free and easy to use and forget there’s anything different about the pillow.

I bought this due to having severe Tinnitus .Having run a support group for Tinnitus in the past and used other items I was quite excited to try this.Recommended by audiologist at local hospital. Was also going to buy for music mad daughters.Had problems with delivery with Evri , did not arrive when it should have .I tried one night Could not hear with my hearing loss. Turned volume high/med etc on my other appliances to try and hear audio books and sound music through the pillow nothing made difference.Would not recommend this make but still looking for another sound one which may be better .This is a good idea better than sleep speakers you put inside your pillow case.

Easy to use. Compatible with a fairly new iPhone. Used for listening to music or podcasts. Sound quality better in some head positions, but once you get used to that it’s ok.Pillow comfortable.

Bought this for my daughter as she listens to calming podcasts at bed time & she is delighted with it, quality is good & it is comfortable the music & voice quality from the speaker is excellent.

The only problem with this pillow is it’s got a lightning connector so you can only use iPhone. It needs to have a C connector.

Works well

So I must of woken in night, picked phone up which was on the floor and put it on the bed on other side. When I went to get up the cord was wrapped around me.This could be very dangerous. I will not use again as it’s not safe.I contacted them and have had a response that when not in the wire should be tucked away in the pouch. I use it to fall asleep, it’s a pillow? Maybe I am misunderstanding, I don’t know how to use it wirelessly?

I brought this product for me to use for my white noice to help sleep but I no longer have it as my niece has taken a liking to it so will have to buy another
