This was not only a waste of money for trying to get it to work. But the instructions are worthless. It doesn’t work and not comparable without a QR code or a place to download the software to get it to work. I have all the latest tec and wanted a booster that worked. I threw away the packaging otherwise I would have returned it.

This was so easy to set up compared to others I have used. Couldn't believe how simple it was it practically set itself up push a couple of buttons on my computer and wallah it was on and working. There is no complaints on the price either,we'll worth it . It is fast, steady, reliable, and work around the clock. I would recommend the product to anyone but especially to computer dummies and all their accessories like me lol it's nice to look and is made of durable material. Definitely a must for those of you looking for an Extender. And like I said the PRICE IS RIGHT. THANKS AGAIN AMAZON !!

This is basically an appliance operator gadget. What I mean by that is a user does not have much control over the device. The biggest gripe I have is no access to setting a static IP address. And, once installed, I don't know what the unit's IP address is. In my router I see the unit (no IP address shown), and I see the IP address of the device connected to it (Solar Controller). If I want to change anything in the unit I have to do a power reset and start all over again.When first installed, I was not getting a good signal at the unit from my main router. Yet it was close enough. Finally figured out that the unit was too close to a wall wart power supply. Once I moved the unit it gave me a green signal light.It does work but I have no metrics on how well it is working. This unit replaced a DD-WRT160N bridge which finally gave up the ghost. Guess I was spoiled with total access to the 160N on the fly.If you don't need access to any info then this should work for you. If you do not get a green signal light, it might still work. Try using an extension cord and find a high location for the unit away from eye level plugs and power sources.

It’s easy to set up, but if not placed correctly it’s doesn’t work as it’s supposed to if you have good internet already it will work wonders but it’s best to just upgrade your plan or get a better router

Doesnt work as it should. Picks up some of my routers signal but the internet light stays red. Doesn't work for me.

device doesn't give you anymore signal than the router. I get 1 bar from my router in my garage( you have to go through 2 doors and a hallway, 25 feet from my router) plugs the device in my garage but won't pick up the router. moved the device to just inside my front door( 15 feet from my router) works perfect in my house if I go out to the garage and can no longer see the device in my internet connection. glad I only paid 25 bucks. need to get something with more distance I suppose. may go to best by and keep buying and returning until I find one that works
