Joint aches and pains, let’s spray them away
I’m loving this product. If you are having joint aches and pain this is your baby. I honestly first thought that magnesium was just a hype within my medical rim. I truly never gave it a try before. Now after this product I regret I didn’t earlier. The only wish I have is I wish it wasn’t as sticky feeling after you spray it on, but due to the removal of my knee pain after putting it on I can endure the sticky feeling. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes in order for you to tell the difference but once it gets to the muscles and joints you will be glad you did it. I normally spray about 3 times and rub it in, per the instructions you can build up to 10-20 spray per day.

Unsure if it works
Bought this to see if it would help with sleep. They say putting this on feet helps.I have used it for quite some time. I unfortunately don't notice a difference.

Magnesium spray
Highly recommend. Used to drink tonic water for cramps, which took about 30 minutes to subside. Using the spray within seconds, cramping is totally gone.
