Pretty good grill for the money
I like the fact that this is a grill and a griddle combo. remove one top for the other depending on what you will cool.I think that the grill part is too close to the heat source and will get too hot for grilling steaks or brats. Other than that, the grill is well made and has some great features and is well designed.

Not
I love how small and portable this thing is. Far cheaper too than the BLACKSTONE. However it is a bit cheaper and it comes at a cost, I find the griddle surface is much more prone to discoloration even rust if left out accidentally at a camp site and just overall not the same quality metal as a high end griddle. The trick I find is just to spend someTime with it, I use soap and water with it warmed up knocks down what I can, then white wine vinigar with some heat scrape it clean. Then a couple coats of olive oil heat it up to temp she’s good to go again and or put away in storage. The geese trap(a) are handy and easy to clean I’ve made some amazing meals on this thing. Pro tip get some of those cheap tin foil pan things likeYou make a Turkey in. Makes a good lid for certain things and or keeping veggies and crap contained on half the griddle. The grill feature itselfI am less impressed with but I was able go boil a huge pot with it so that’s a bonus.

Solid compact grill
Nice for camping and tailgating. Very sturdy griddle and functional grill swap out. High btu output cooks food quickly and efficiently and the grease catch pan keeps the cleanup easy

Pretty good
First off I'd like to say this is a good product overall. The material is good quality, but a little on the cheaper side for the base. (flimsy metal) I've owned this for a couple weeks now so time will tell. The grill itself works great! The downside to it is that it has already warped in the middle due to the heat. Its created small area directly in the metal so any liquids etc will puddle up in the middle instead of being evenly distributed and scraped off into the grease pocket. Another issue is the grease catch is way too small. It definitely needs to be bigger regardless of this being a (portable) flat top grill. Everything that I have cooked on it so far has been great so no complaints. The downfall is cheap quality parts. I recommend this for beginner users but I don't recommend this over a blackstone brand. I could have just received a crappy flat top but it shouldn't warp over a few uses.

Great griddle
I had not heard of this brand before so I was a little nervous about it.I wanted a cast iron top at a good price so I went with it.This griddle didn’t disappoint.I seasoned it three times in the house oven and the cooking surface very non-stick. It works very well.

Great Griddle, Lousy Grill
Please note the pictures have leveling feet I ADDED to the original product.I purchased this griddle/grill combo to replace a Blackstone 17" Griddle and a Weber Q1200 gas grill. We are downsizing our motorhome and I wanted a portable appliance that would replace both. The Camplux 17" Gas Griddle Grill seemed to be the ideal replacement. The Griddle preforms as well as the more expensive Blackstone 17 inch griddle. But when the griddle is removed to use the grill grate, it is no where the equivalent to the Weber grill. The heat is extremely uneven, most of the heat is right over the burners. When I cooked hamburgers, one side of the burger was cooked and the other side over the center was still raw. Cooking hot dogs on the grill will work if you move them around. Same with cooking a steak or pork chops. I will be adding "GrillGrates" to hopefully even out the temperature gradient.I like the griddle very much, the grease management is well done and I like it better than the Blackstone bucket on the back method. I added leveling feet so omlettes etc. won't run to one side. Leveling feet should be standard on any portable griddle. It comes with both a hose/regulator and a male quick connect fitting for RV propane supply. The Camplux 17 inch Propane Gas Griddle Grill could be the perfect product with the following improvements.1. More even heat when grilling. Maybe a heavier grill grate.2. A lid/cover that tilts back when cooking.3. Leveling feet.

Defective Non-returnable Item…Don’t waste your money.
Cheap construction and to make it worst, it is a non-returnable item. Don’t waste your money..!! Very strange from Amazon to allow his vendors to sell you defective products and don’t allow a return/refund. Shame on both..!!!
